I have a Volkswagen MK5 GTI and I accidentally broke my only key fob transponder at night. I was in a panic as now I couldn't use my car. I called the local dealership the next morning and they were giving me high numbers AND they wanted me to tow my car to them. Luckily I called Lock to Lock and they gave me a very good rate. The technician, Oren, came to my property punctually and was very friendly. He was able to create the new key fobs and program them. I couldn't ask for better customer service. It was a great first experience with a locksmith company and Lock to Lock have set the bar very high!

Oren Was totally awesome I have not driven my car in two weeks and I have to change my need to switch he got in my car to start in less than 20 minutes and $139 is a great bargain for someone on a budget whos ignition switch goes out in their car which is often a highly recommend this company on the professionalism kindness and quickness for fixing my situation thanks a lot you guys are awesome I love the fact that I could not get my car to them and they came to me for a small fee definitely was worth It made it a lot easier than trying to drag my car somewhere to get it repaired thanks again Oren

They advised me son they would be here in 30 minutes. After 45 he calls back and they are 'on the way' another 30 minutes pass and he tries to call back but they send it to VM. So I call, and ask when will the be here it's been over an hour since y'all said 30 minutes the lady who answered then starts yelling about how it's has only been an hour, so I say 'when will they be here' she hangs up. I try to call back to cancel but now they won't answer, so I call back again and now I've been blocked. Good luck to any who use this service.Update: reliable locksmith on Johnson ferry told me over the phone what to do, no need for the long wait and it was free.

This company over charged me for work that was never done. I am still trying to get my money back. The car didn't start the mechanic took a part off of my car and did not return for 5 weeks. He was only supposed to do a duplicate key. I had to have my car towed to another garage to get it running. Dont use this company unless you have money to waste.

Called two days to set a time for my customer to get lock service. Called again this am to confirm. Now a hour after when the tech was suppose to come I call and tech says he is 30 plus out without a call. Will not be referring any more customers to this business.

Dont use them. This is a call center that uses contractors from different companies. Huge scam. They told me $55 on the phone then showed up after one locksmith cancelled on me and I had to wait two hours instead of the original 30 min time they told me to unlock my truck and a girl showed up and tried to charge me $210. She lowered the price when I told her hell no and said she could do it for half price but I wouldnt be receiving a receipt. Still more than I was originally told and they know youre stranded and have no other option. Please call your insurance company first to see if you have roadside service and be sure to call lock to lock as a last resort.

Oren produced an outstanding effort to construct a Key for a 2004 Volvo XC90 that seemed impossible to make. First , I was stupid enough to loss the ignition Key. I bought the car as is with only one key supplied. I received several estimates from dealers and other locksmiths with only one company standing out as the best value to make a new key. That one company, Lock to Lock, located at 125 Mansell Pl # 108, that was clearly the best of them all. Their quote was fair and detailed. Volvos are hard to make keys for. You have to match up two computers and the key chip for the key to work. My tech, Oren, was fantastic. He would not let it go until the key was made and worked . He traveled 6 times and spent 15 hrs at the house to get the key made. He did all this without charging more on the bill. It stayed the same. My interaction with Lock to Lock proved that theyre very fair and extremely honest in my view. Ill hope I dont loss a key again , but if I do I know who to call. Thanks . S. Mitchell Farr
