Extremely professional, and helpful. They will go out of their way to meet your needs and expectations. I came in with an OEM blank for a Honda motorcycle, and it turns out that the key I had brought in and been given with the motorcycle had been modified. Ed went above and beyond to research the problem and make the OEM blank work as intended after our initial cuts did not work. Very happy I came here as I'm sure that not everybody would go through the extra trouble, and would simply ask you to bring another blank.

I went in and asked for a key my 99 Toyota rav4 roof rack. I gave him the racks that no one can find a key for. In and out in about 15-20m. Really nice guy wish I would have asked for his name. Highly recommend. They have hundreds of keys for a large variety of things.

Super great service from the folks at DuPage Security Solutions. Recently purchased a new home and had all of the locks rekeyed and the service rep (Eddie) was great. He called me ahead of time to gather some information on the locks so that it would be a smooth service and it sure was!!
