Awesome locksmiths! I've never had to take back a key. They have also re-keyed several locks for me and they work flawlessly. The employees can be a little grumpy but they get the job done right, so who cares.

We self installed a lock tumbler to the exterior of a security door that had a panic bar installed on the interior already. Mike K was able to help us find the right piece of hardward to meet our needs. Super easy to work with, we were able to do everything via emails with photos. He was able to correctly identify exactly what we needed. Price was more than fair and they set the tumbler to our office key when I arrived to pick up the parts at no extra charge. I've been coming to Ashland lock for years, they have never let me down.

These guys are the best in town. They're efficient and affordable. I brought in over 90 keys all on different rings, that needed a specific stamp on each one. In one day they had them all made and stamped correctly. Don't go anywhere else if you're looking to get keys made

Friendly and quick service and explained everything they were doing when I brought an old cylinder in to be replaced and keyed alike. You can tell that they know their stuff and care about their customers. It's funny to say, but I can't wait to have another problem with my locks again so I can come to Ashland Lock again.

Really nice place. I duplicated one set of house keys. Every key works well! If they do not work for some reason after duplication, you may go back with your receipt to get assistance. They have guarantee for some type of keys. Reasonable price.

Keys always work and they're always nice. The main problem is that they close at 5pm. What about the 85% of people that work til 5pm!! Doesn't make sense. 10am-6pm makes sense.

If you have a lock problem these are the guys to go to. Had a small problem getting parts for my locked but gave me several keys for the inconvenience. Don't think you'll get service like that at other lock stores.
