It was very convenient to have the KeyMe machine at a store that otherwise wouldn't have such a service available. It saved me a trip to a separate store like Home Depot which I appreciate. It functioned flawlessly and was quick and efficient. It's a great idea.

Google Maps routes you round and round on 'Access Road,' roads that have no names. You can't find it because you do not know KeyMe is inside a store of a different name! I pulled out of traffic and I called to ask where they were located. I was placed on hold for more than 5 mins, so I started to drive off. They come on line after I am on road driving. They tell me they are inside Bed Bath and Beyond., So I had to go back to BB&B. Then I find out it is a machine, not professional locksmith. Then I found out you do not get a key out of the kiosk machine as it is mailed to you in 3-5 days. What a waste of time!
