Had a great experience with these guys, not only were they prompt to arrive, but they did a fantastic job! I have had issues in the past with certain locksmith in the area, they would either damage or over charge me, but the guy from MN Locksmith Pro did a great job. I was also charged the exact quote he gave once he came out. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommend.

I had an issue with the door locks at our business. I called the MN Locksmith Pro, the technician showed up in 30 minutes, changed the locking mechanism and made us some new keys. He was done in 20 minutes. The locks work even better now. I totally recommend their services to everyone.

The locksmith (steven) called to inform me of his approximate arrival time almost immediately after I placed my service request and kept me updated as that time drew closer. Upon arrival the service was very quick and effective, and also very reasonably priced.

I called and set up an appointment for the next day, they weren't all that professional on the phone, sounded like they had just gotten out of bed, and then the day of the appointment they texted to reschedule my appointment about an hour before, but never called back to actually set a new time. Went with another vendor.

Absolutely do not recommend. Was charged $200 to get my roommate back into my locked out home. Paid for service and later found out the lock AND framing around my door is damaged. Lock is now not locking properly and they will not come fix it without charging me for it. They also said there is nothing they can do about them damaging the wood around my door. My door now looks like someone broke in. This is my first experience with a locksmith and recommend you look elsewhere before choosing this company.

Around 10 PM, I locked my keys in the trunk of my rental car, which has a security system in place that prevented access to the trunk once AAA got into the front of the car. The rental company said they could only offer to have the car towed to the nearest service center and it would take 1-2 days for them to retrieve the keys for me. I'm dogsitting and had the key to the owner's house on my keyring, so there was no way that was an option. After a stressful few hours, MN Locksmith Pro was quick to respond and assured me they could make me a key to get me into the trunk. And they did, at a completely reasonable price! If anything like this ever happens again, they will be the first I will call. I can't thank them enough for saving me!
