I went into able last week and this lady Susan is one of the rudest business owners I have ever met. She is impatient and brushes you off if the service you need is only worth a couple dollars. These reviews are fake. She gives people a discount or free services if they give her a good review to make up for all the horrible ones. I dont understand how she is even still in business with an attitude like hers. WORST LOCKSMITH EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. 0 STARS IF I COULD.

This company is very reliable and convenient. We had a bad key , everyone kept turning us away do to the condition of the key, no one could duplicate it . Able lock key did it for us very fast and the price was just right .Good place to call when your in need of a key repair .

I called these people for service around 11:30 am they stated someone could come out to my address within an hour and no one showed up I called them about 3 more times with the same response on within an hour here I am 4 hours later now they wont answer my call and they kept me waiting and I wanted time. Never again calling these people!

Had a key that I took to several places who were unable to duplicate. Able Lock and Key were not only able to make it for me the sweet lady that did it for me drove out to meet me after hours to get it done. This wasnt even an emergency and I was only getting 4 keys made. Im very grateful for their service!

Came out, broke my lock and harassed me to pay them. Got another locksmith to come out who fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Able Lock and Key came out twice and spent 2 hours and couldn't fix it. Incompetent doesn't come close to describing them.

VERY POOR BUSINESS ETIQUETTE! IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS W/O HAVING TO POST, I WOULD! Adding to my daughter Starece Slaughter's review. When installing the locks on my 77yo mom's residence, Sue/Susan kept giving different prices, & when she asked questions, she was very rude, never allowing you a chance to speak, don't listen when you can talk. After speaking to Brandon about the damages w/i 24 hrs, he asked for pictures & never followed up, claiming they never received anything.She deserves a negative rating review to the infinte number!!!

I was locked out of my house called Able lock and key. They sent over a locksmith named Martin. Services is very good and fast. I would recommend anyone needing services should call, I know I will if I have a repeat of this experience, Kudos to the services.

The Asian lady who works at this location is horrible and rude. I called ahead to make sure they had the key I needed. She said yes. I got there and quickly found out that she didn't have the correct key. She was flat out rude and very unprofessional. Wasted my time driving 1/2 way across town. I will NEVER go back.

Very poor customer service. The Asian lady that manages it is very rude. My 77 year old grandmother paid $300 for 2 locks not even 24 hours later they were off. The lady was so rude about it I had to leave the store becuz I didn't want to be in there flipping out
