Worth Service Ever!!I work for Kabuki Japanese Restaurant in town square location and I personally called All city locksmith for repair on our front door.The owner came to do repair on our front door. The door seemed to be working but I found out that there was a metal piece sticking out the door was not properly repaired, so I called him right away to come back when he is free to fix the problem. However, he never came back since 5.11.2018. He was just keep saying he will be here, but never showed up. I called him last week as well and he told me that he will be here on last weekend, but did not show up. It's been about one and half month, and I can not wait anymore, so I called different company for repair that All city lock's did not repair properly.I attached the photo of metal piece sticking out and scratching the floor. The owner was giving me an attitude and very impolite. I regret so much for using this company and I really want to tell everyone not to use this company.

Needed a new key fob for my car. They quickly ordered a new one. Programming was a snap by the staff. They were kind enough to share info about AAA reimbursement for a portion of the cost. Great service and very professional. I highly recommend!

As a girl its kind of scary to be locked out of your car at night, especially in Las Vegas. When I called, the locksmith asked if I was okay, very sweet of them to make sure I am okay. They also came on time, even 5 minutes earlier. They were respectful and helped me get into my car as easy, quickly, and as safely as possible. I can tell you that every key I've ever gotten at All city has worked just like the original key. The other thing is All City is fast! It takes them just a minute or two to turn it several keys. Brought in a blank OEM car key to have cut, the older gentleman was able to work on it right away, however he completely botched it instantly. The key was over cut and is completely useless. He kept saying it was the keys fault. I wasted money on an OEM key to have this guy hack away at it.

I was stuck at UNLV at night and a lot of weird people around. Anyways they came really quick and helped me with my car when I locked myself after finals. Really nice guy, didnt seem to get his name, I forgot. Will edit when I find it, but all in all came on time and was a quick job, not to mention cheap!

All City Locksmith is the best key copier in town. I was tired of going to my local Home Depot when I needed a copy of my key because after a month or so, the key would always break. I have been using my key from All City for months now and it is still in great condition. Everyone at the shop is extremely friendly and willing to help. A+ business.

Paid him Joey 600 yesterday to change cylinders of door in my store. Tells me smooth like butter and everything new. Now I cant get in and still same problem. Called him and he told me to shake the door to open. If I paid you 600 I shouldnt have to shake the stupid door. Should be smooth like butter like you said. Now he said he cant make it here for another 30 mins. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. should have looked at his rating. Its 2-5 stars.

Please find another lock and key shop to go to.I needed a new key as my fob stopped working to lock/unlock my car. We had to wait an hour for the son to show up and help us, who we had talked to on the phone and was very abrupt and pushy. During this time the dad had opened up my fob and tried another battery - I was told that the whole fob was no good and I needed another one. He also said that he would re-cut my original key because the ridges were getting very dull. This way I would have a spare key, too, which the dealer would not do for me. They quoted something like $320. I called The dealer while all this was going on and was quoted $280. Ok, whatever, I'll help a mom and pop shop.... the key took a week and a half to come in and I had to call to inquire - they never called me. Also not very accommodating to when I can pick it up - they have short hours of operation. Finally I go pick up my new key two weeks later.... the guy goes out to my car and after 10 mins of fiddling with it he tells me that there is an error with my computer and the key won't work. Best possible scenario is I use the new key fob to open doors and old one to drive car. WHAT?! Oh. Hell. No. When I say that is not what I paid for he got loud, abrupt, and argumentative. I asked to just cancel the transaction and he said no, he had already paid for the key and spent time to do the programming. It's not my fault his diagnoses was wrong!! This new key was supposed to fix my problem and give me a spare key. He did try one more thing which worked, he took the chip out of the new key fob and put it in my old fob. It works, but there is still an 'error with my computer' or he didn't diagnose it properly and it was a bad chip? Not sure. The extra key I was promised does not work either. All in all, I got A key fob that works but there are so many questions left unanswered and not all of the things he promised were given, there was poor customer service, and I left feeling like my car is Jimmy rigged. Please go somewhere else.

Called to see prices for replacing my lost car key. The guy came off rude over the phone and price me 275 starting and can range as high as 350 to replace and reprogram my car key. I asked a little more about the price because I felt the price was too high since I was quoted by the dealership only 185 with the key for the same service ( I did not share this knowledge with him) He seemed to get agitated with me and started to lecture me as if I was an ignorant women. I thanked him and said Im just taking quotes and he responded passive-aggressively Good Luck on that!

Avoid at all costs.I was quoted around $275 for a part that needed to be changed. Total came out to $1200! This is a total scam and the prey of people who are desperate for a service. Another locksmith came out for a next door business and told me I should have got charged no more than $500 for the service and parts.On top of all that I called to dispute the amount after learning the more appropriate price he threatens to write 50 bad reviews for my business without ever using my business at all

This place charged me a ridiculous amount for my car keys (2008 civic). I brought in my own car key to get cut and reprogrammed (Mind you I had bought in my own new uncut car key!). The guy charged me $175 to program the key, $125 to cut it and $65 to put a new casing in for my old key along with a new metal part. The dealer would have only charged $73 for a new cut key and $130 to program. I was over charged by about $150 compared to the dealer. One would think they'd be cheaper! Not worth it, go to the dealer.

Hi! I have used All City Lock and Safe multiple times. The first time I used All City Lock and Safe led me to use them again. Not only were they courteous and professional helping me get in to my car when I locked my self out before work. They were fast too. I got to work on time. I also them used the to cut duplicates of my keys as well. It is good knowing that I'm not paying for something that may or may not work.I would definitely use All City Lock and Safe again and recommend them to family and friends.
