I called this company from work one morning asking for a new key for my Audi, because the original had been lost. The guy I spoke with informed me that it would be a working programmed key fab. I got a basic programmed manual key. They charged me $220 for the same key I can get at Walmart for $170. The receipt was also very basic. All it said was Audi A4. No information about the type of key my wife purchased. When I called they gave me a smart add attitude and said You wanted an Audi key and you got an Audi key...dont shop here. Spend your money elsewhere.

All the way from Texas..a replacement and a back up key. Replacement was $100 less than Nissan dealership. And the backup chip key was only $50. And soooo fast with walking service. Many thanks!

Great service. Had a replacement key fob made for my Nissan Leaf. Had the OEM replacement in stock and did all the programming. Called many places in Vegas and they had the best price. Works great. Will be my first call for any automotive key needs in the future.

Be careful when dealing with this company. Horrible customer service and they charge way too much for a simple manual key. They dont care for their customers. They quote their services and dont stick to the rate given. Mainly it was the man we spoke to on the phone that made this a really bad experience.

I had some issues last night trying to reprogram a key and it totally wiped everything out I came over here they fixed it right away got a new transponder key and they were actually $68 cheaper than my other coat which was awesome. Thank you so much!

Quick but no one keeps an OEM printed key for Honda emblem printed on key. Honda wanted $250 just for a blank key? A generic key cost over $10. Could have got a generic key other big box stores for $3. Far drive that I was told they have or could get original oem keys on hand. Unfortunately no one carry original emblem keys on hand...

Kelly Fuller came and worked on my 1998 VW Beetle that I had swapped computers in due to my old computer was fried. He was friendly and committed to fixing the problem. The dealership quoted twice his price and couldnt guarantee they could sync the computer that had identical part numbers to the original. Kelly was phenomenal and got it done even though it wasnt easy. Someday we WILL be playing golf! Thanks Kelly. Steve

When I called about the problem with my car key, Clyde told me it might just need a new battery. He said I could get it anywhere or at their shop. He was nice enough to suggest that I call before going to their shop. When I called back later, Thomas answered the phone and gave me a detail direction to their shop. It took him no time to change my car key battery and the price was reasonable. He was very courteous and patient answering my other questions. Truly appreciate his help.

I had purchased a used Smart Car that the door key was different from the ignition key, and I didn't get a door key. Kelly at Lock Specialties re tumbled the door lock and made me a second key and remote for a good price. Other locksmiths I went to would not even touch the Smart car lock or keys.These guys are the real deal! Pick a lock, fix a lock, everything.
