Broke our key while still in the ignition of our Peterbilt. We couldnt get it out and had no easy way to access our under compartments. We called our dealership and they had to special order our key which wouldnt come in for 4 days and was 6.5x the amount we were charged here! We pulled up to Master Locksmith, he came out and had the key out of the ignition in a matter of a minute. He copied us 3 new keys which all cost us less than the 1 key that woulda been special ordered (I cancelled). Thank you so much Master Locksmith! You are awesome!!!

Had trouble opening the front door with the flipper. Called em up on a Tues, they made the assessment that we needed a new actuator. Took em about a day to get the actuator in stock. Once they had it, they came and installed it that Friday. Took em about 30 mins. They also replaced some other random parts, cleaned it up, and now its working like new. Fair pricing as well.

Got locked out on July 4th when many locksmiths were unavailable. Bill was the only locksmith that replied. He came within 30 mins, was able to pick open our back door lock and charged us very reasonably. He even help realign my door which was crooked from all the yanking. Would highly recommend these guys.

I spoke with Frank and explained that I had a need to replace a broken lock at my office. As they were jammed with work, it was explained that they would do their best to accommodate a next day request before a holiday weekend. They sent Paul early in the afternoon and it turned out that some of the parts of my replacement lock were missing. I expected Paul to tell me to call me when I had a full lock set. Instead, he disappeared into his truck and returned with the necessary parts.Having dealt with other locksmiths in the past, I have to say that I was quite pleased with their response time and their ability to fix things 'on the go'.Thank you, Dorell & Sons.
