What a great experience I had with Eric! I was super stressed out when I locked myself out of my apartment. I called this service and in less than 30 mins I was back in thanks to Eric, my locksmith. He was friendly and walked me through all the options of replacing my lock. I would definitely use him again if I ever got locked out.

So neat! The guy who helped me out was so attentive and kind.I needed two copies of my house key. It cost $2.50 for each (which isn't bad at all), and the keys were ready in less than 2 minutes.

My key broke in my deadbolt lock. I called them and they came through within 30 min. My lock was pretty old and finicky, but they unlocked it relatively quickly. Also got a nice brass key made afterwards. Definitely recommended!

Arthur came promptly. He was kind, helpful and fixed our locks without a problem!! Will definitely use him again. He fixed our door which wouldn't close correctly and locks were off track. So the deadbolt wouldn't lock, then knob lock was loose. Arthur spent 1 hour non stop working on our door to make every single component work perfectly so I would never have to have a locksmith come again. I really appreciate all his help, Arthur is the best out there.

The guy came in 30min and the job (cutting through a very very thick kryptonite bike lock) was done really quickly. The price was not horrible considering that locksmiths are always expensive. My fault for losing my keys! Then he fixed my landlady's lock and he was nice to her and clearly communicated with her. Ask for David when the dispatcher sends someone. Nov 2019

Came in as scheduled and replaced a broken lock and explained why it is better to replace rather than try to fix the broken lock. And when we had an issue with other keys not working he came back and fixed it and didn't leave until we tested and confirmed all the keys worked. Would definitely recommend!

There was no upfront quote given when I called to get help for locking myself out of my apartment. Ive unfortunately locked myself out before so I know what to expect on average. This experience though was terrible. He refused to try to pick the lock (even after I requested it multiple times) and instead said it had to be drilled which means I need a new lock now too. Then he charged $380!!! That doesnt even include my new lock. After drilling he said he only accepted cash and didnt give me a receipt. I feel 100% ripped off. Ive never experienced this with a locksmith in my life.. Use someone else.
