Our team locked the tools at one of our construction locations on Christmas Eve day, we called Few companies to see if they can help, but only Locktech was open and willing to provide us with an emergency service.Dan the technician arrived within 35 minutes and was able to unlock the door and replace the lock right alway. Thank you so much for saving our day! Will defiantly call again!

I cannot thank them enough. Truly a lifesaver. I was locked out of my flat late at night and my door lock is a total nightmare to open. Eventually they opened the door and replace it and taught me how to make sure this doesnt happen again. They are highly professional and customer friendly.

My cylinder was rotating so I called and they were at my place with new multi lock installed in less than thirty minutes. Tightened up screws and explained the entire process. Took credit cards and emailed the receipt so I don lose it. Very happy especially considering it a weekend early morning service. Very Good Service....

They were professional, friendly, efficient and helpful from the beginning: They quickly scheduled a time to repair my lock as soon as I called them (much appreciated); arrived at precisely the scheduled time rather than having me block out half a day (totally rare); assessed the problem within minutes and explained options that I feel confident were fairly priced; they completed the repair, which wasn't a straightforward one, including an additional smaller repair for which they did not charge me, efficiently. I especially appreciated that they warned me about a structural installation weakness that could present problems in the future. Great Job Guys!!

[SCAM] I do NOT recommend. I got charged an exorbitant price (520) on Christmas Day (service + drill + replacing lock). I would NOT trust reviews by accounts with only 1 review. If you look closely the writing style is very similar definitely fake. Before the locksmith came, I asked for a quote but they claimed they couldnt give me one without seeing it themselves. They then proceeded to drill, but didnt include the cost of replacing the lock in the original cost. In other words, they didnt tell me it would cost extra money until they had already drilled and ruined my lock. They also said paying with credit was okay but ended up charging tax because I used my card. I probably should have stood my ground/asked for a solid-quote on paper and insisted on not drilling in the first place, but I was feeling desperate, distressed, and unable to be confrontational. I feel like the price was a bait-and-switch and I do not think an honest business would upcharge and misinform as much as they had. Please go somewhere else. I felt and still feel very scammed and trapped.

FALSE BUSINESS ADDRESSLocktech USA BK may be an honest business, but they have registered with the NY Department of State with a business address in Brooklyn that is an apartment under lease to a person with no affiliation to Locktech USA BK, or Locktech USA Inc. During a phone call today (110317), their explanation of this registration was false. There has been a previous complaint on Google of the business registering at a false address, so this is not the first time they have done so. I have filed a complaint with NY Department of State.
