I have owned my own business in huntersville for eight years. I pass anchor security and locksmith a lot. Never used there services till now. I lost my keys to my boat and had an upcoming rental on it. I took the ignition switches in to get new keys made. Great customer service and quick turnaround time. I will definitely use their services again and refer my own customers to them!!

This is a really good locksmith, they are able to cut T5 titanium key for my 1993 Nissan Skyline GTR. I called 2 other locksmith and they wouldnt even attemtp to cut the key. The shop is full of safe and various locks. Commercial or residential they know it. I highly recommend calling them for any locksmith question you have. You can get keys cut with a machine but not many can still cut by hand with precision. Take a look at the keys they cut for me.

We had the locks changed on 4 doors in our house. They installed the new hardware and rekeyed the locks to match. We needed two of the door alignments adjusted as well. The service was great! They were on time, professional, and knowledgable. Price was solid too. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute horrible company. Classic bait and switch. Quoted one price on the phone and then billed three times the amount quoted. Invoice ended up being over $250 per hour for labor only. Don't make the mistake I did. Don't use this company.

Had them put a lock in my safe charged $330 dollar for a $150 lock. The only reason I didn't give I star is they quickly rectified the cost .But can't help to think they intentionally up charged me!

I needed an extra key cut for my Audi, and emailed Anchor for a quote after coming across their website on Google. The owner, Jason, responded in less than an hour with a competitive price. I stopped by the next day (today) to have it cut, and the employees couldn't have been friendlier. I was in and out within ten minutes, and Jason even gave me a code with which I can have additional keys made in the future if I ever lose mine. On all accounts, this seems to be a well-run business and one I can recommend without hesitation.

If you dont call Anchor Security and Locksmith for all of your needs, dont bother calling at all. Jason and his staff are not only courteous and professional, but sincerely care about their customers needs. When I spoke with Kathleen over the phone, I knew what I was getting and for the right price. They seemed to go above and beyond in order to want me to be a returning customer. They succeeded.

Awesome customer service. I went in to get a second key made for my motorcycle. There were some issues finding a blank that would work for my vehicle but I purchased one and hoped for the best. Unfortunately it did not work so I went back to try again. After spending the time to cut two more keys for me and even grind one down to make it fit, they would not allow me to pay any extra over the first key that I purchased. I have also had friends use their service to get into locked vehicles and they have nothing but positive things to say as well. Thank you again for the great service and I will be back again soon when I inevitably lose another key.
