These guys are the secret Brothers in the neighborhood! I have driven 2 hours away for work and came across some issues, luckily they were in the same parking lot as me so I could walk over!! The crew working at 11am Friday June 19th 2020 has been the best thing that has happened to me today besides waking up. MAD Props to the manager for hiring a Stout crew! They all need a raise no joke! Excellent service wish you guys all the best in your careers, thanks brother again you know who you are!

Good price on Duracell car batteries. You pay about $20-$50 less than an auto parts store charges you for an off brand. I definitely recommend this store and will definitely come back

The staff was extremely helpful in fixing my iPhone; the screen was literally dead upon arrival and they were able to replace it and get it working again. They were very professional and courteous with the stress of losing my lifeline to my job. They also were able to deliver it completed sooner than promised. Great job you guys in Corvallis!

This shop is awesome. The staff are knowledgeable and thorough.I have gone back time and again, and have had only positive results.They have helped me with watch and phone batteries, replaced screen and cover on phones, and gave me good advice on appropriate bulbs for my needs.

Overall a good experience, however, there were a couple of issues that presented a minor frustration. First, the repair to my iPad was one day later than promised (not a big issue). The other issue was that I was told that I could receive a veterans discount of 10% off of the repair, however, when I picked it up, I was told that discount didn't apply to repairs - only products. He did take $10 off so that was something, but would be nice if the employees had a consistent story across the board.

He was the only employee there at the time and he took care of all the customers quickly, solved several weird problems for all of us, fielded phone calls, and did it all with a smile on his face. Incompetent people, and poor service. Purchased a motor cycle battery, it had to be filled with acid. They were busy so I gave them 5hrs to fill it before I returned, it still wasn't filled, no customers in the store and 3 people working. He had to go in the back and fill it while I had to wait. Got it home and 3 of the cells had no acid. Now need to make a 40 mile round trip to get resolved. Tried to call to let them know but was on hold for 10min before hanging up, I was just there, 3 people working and not a customer.

I needed a marine deep cell battery for my grandson. I first called & spoke to Patrick. He suggested I may want to get a charger & battery case and if I ordered the battery online I would get a 10% discount. I did that but ordered the wrong battery by mistake. He called me within 30 minutes to let me know & he would make it right when I came in to pick up my 3 items. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Patrick. My grandson was very pleased that I also bought the charger & case.

Wonderful experience today at Batteries Plus! Thought my phone was broken, they ordered me parts, but I'd just put my screen protector on incorrectly. Erik did some trouble shooting and my phone was back, 100%. No charge. So gracious! Also got a good recommendation on the Simple Snap screen protector which he carefully applied. Took his time, ensured my phone worked great, made sure I was satisfied. Very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this place for phone repair. Love their vintage games too!!

You don't have to search around for the battery you need only to find that you have to go to another store to MAYBE find it; we learned our lesson by buying online only to find that about a third of our order was defective but weren't able to return or exchange the non-functional batteries whereas Batteries Plus is right there in town and will make it right; they are generous with their 10% discount; AND the staff is always friendly!

My iPhone 6+ needed a new battery for sure but also because the battery was so swollen my phones mute and volume buttons didnt work any longer. My screen also had a big white pressure spot from my battery. Mae from batteries plus totally took care of me she fix my mute and volume buttons, replaced my battery, and fix the pressure white mark on my screen in like 30-35 mins these guys are great! They also wont lie to you and say they know more than they do but they do know a lot about repairing phones thats for sure!! Thank you guys again!!

I wish I never came here. I only gave them an additional star because they fixed one of their mistakes free of charge.My iPhone is almost 2 years old so I thought Id replace my battery since it didnt last quite as long as it initially did. I went in and had a new battery within a couple hours. Later that evening I noticed there was a spot on, seemingly, my outward facing cameras lens, and was showing up in my picures. The next day I went in and let them know what was going on. An employee with dark hair, glasses, and a medium build assured me it was just a speck of adhesive that would come off quickly. I came back a couple hours later and they let me know they could not remove the speck, and that they took the phone apart entirely to try and locate the problem, even replaced the screen of my phone, but to no avail. He also said that it didnt actually make sense that replacing the battery would have caused a speck on the camera lens. He then made a statement that implied it could have been there already and that it wasnt caused by the Batteries + Bulbs people. I offered to show him pictures taken earlier from the same day I brought the phone in to them and he kind of backtracked on the statement. He said they would order a new camera and replace it for free. They also let me know they were having trouble getting the phone back together, so they were going to take each piece apart again to try and get it back together the way it was supposed to be. I left again and came back a couple hours later. They let me know theyd call me when the replacement camera came in. I picked up my phone and took it home, only to immediately notice the screen response was very poor, sometimes taking 12+ times to respond to touch. In addition, the screen displayed a few random bright and dark spots. A week later I received the call that the camera came in, we scheduled an appointment, and I brought the phone in the next day. I let the person helping me know about the screen issues I was having, and the person recognized that the screen was having some sensitivity issues. The same employee with dark hair, glasses, and a medium build approached us and took a look at my phone for a brief moment. He didnt see the screen display inconsistencies in the brightly lit store, and walked away mumbling something about they cant fix every miniscule problem my phone was having. This came across as quite rude to me, and I would have been open to discuss this issue, but he walked away and ignored me. I picked up my phone later that day, the camera was replaced and seems to work fine, but I still am dealing with the screen issues that arose after they took my phone apart. From my perspective I brought in a perfectly functioning phone, they messed it up, fixed some of the issues, and made me feel like Im a pain in their butt. It looks like the store has generally good reviews, so I didnt expect to experience this issue, and definitely didnt expect to experience a rude employee, but I hope this review is helpful.

Today my mother who is in her 80's and I had the pleasure to meet Erick and Bobby at Batteries and Bulbs in Corvallis. We have never met two more helpful employees at any business. I had spent the prior day looking for a specific type of battery without success. I called Batteries and Bulbs and spoke with Erick and he listened to me patiently even though it was close to closing time and assured me that if I drove from the coast to Corvallis that he would have what I needed. I arrived at the store this morning and was greeted by Bobby who found exactly what we needed. he also took the time to make sure that it worked in the device we needed the battery for. He made sure we got all possible discounts. He took the time to educate us on LED lights and which would work best for our needs. Battery and Bulbs should definitely try and retain these two employees who are outstanding representatives for their business. Thank you Bobby and Erick for such a great shopping experience. We will definitely be back and recommend your business to others..

Very friendly and fast. Erik is the one who helped me out, and was very nice to get my phone screen replaced as soon as he could!5/31/18 - Another time - Once again, I broke my screen and Erik helped me again! Absolutely wonderful experience the second time as well. Made sure I got a new replacement with my warranty and recommended the type of case to get that would be better for my lifestyle. Highly recommend this place for screen repairs!
