The staff at Robnett's is extremely helpful and friendly. Unlike some 'superstore', it is always easy to find exactly what you are looking for (with the staff's help). Don't be fooled by the size of this store, they have almost everything; even if you aren't really sure what you need the staff can help you figure it out. Support local business, Corvallis is fortunate to have such an institution.

Definitely feel free to put this review on the website. I will be back to Robnett's as soon as I need another Hardware store trip.Jerry helped me replace a cheap nut in my Stihl weed eater handle. I was having trouble getting the nut out and he took me back into the shop and took care of it very quickly. Now I'm back to work and I can make money to go visit my friend for the holidays.

I grew up with this family. They are good people and hard workers. This is what a classic hardware store looks like. Check out the old floors when you go in. Just feels good in here and the staff is very knowledgeable with a surprising large selection for such a small place.

Reasonable prices, and you can get 1 of something that you need (like bolts, screws, o-rings) rather than having to get a pack of 5 that you don't need.

Best hardware store in town. You can find pretty much everything you need without having to wander all over a massive box store. Very knowledgeable staff will help you find obscure things qickly. Very much an old school store. They don't make them like this anymore

Robnett's is the only store in the area that carrys a full line of fasteners and findings. I recommend this store 100%. When other stores don't have it, this is the place to go. Pricier than some, but the convenience more than makes up for it!

The experience at Robnett's is vastly better than at any big box hardware/home improvement store -- there's absolutely no comparison. Robnett's offers knowledgeable, personal service, including custom work (cutting metal, drilling, fabricating) to help you with whatever project you are doing. Their inventory is superb and carefully considered. You can purchase just the single fastener you need, not a box of 20 at an inflated price. I will always patronize them first!

I contacted Robnetts about getting warranty on some craftsman tools and was told they sell craftsman tools but dont warranty them was told thats a Sears thing how can you be a dealer and not warranty the idems

Yep, they either give you a fair price on what they have in stock, or they recommend where to buy it. Your typical local hardware store. The big box hardware stores might have more things (not necessarily useful things), but Robnett's holds its own on price and selection.

I could not possibly have done all I have without Robnett's experienced staff. I have changed faucets, fixed floors, built walls, set up a hydroponics system, dug holes, filled and patched concrete, recaulked tubs, painted, scrubbed, shined, locked, cut, and clipped all with their help and the tools they sell. They have a fantastic range of connectors/screws/nuts/bolts/etc. I trust them before I trust Home Depot.
