My husband's work vehicle had a broken key cylinder tonight. We replaced the cylinder, but needed a set of keys programmed. We called just after 5pm - Aaron (the owner) answered after just a few rings! No phone tree, no voicemail, no speaking to a dispatcher. He arrived promptly to our location within 30 minutes, and had us on the road again within 15. He even gave us a few insider tips in case of a 'next time'! He truly knows the lock and key industry and answered all of our questions on site so professionally. His rate is very reasonable, he took our debit card payment on site, and emailed us the receipt. We are so happy that we called, and will definitely hire him again! Thank you Aaron!

I need to get a few truck keys programmed. Unfortunately the process went sideways due to a error in my trucks OBD port hook up and the keys could not be programmed. Still, the whole process up to and after the error was smooth and easy at the cheapest price I have seen. After I fix my OBD port I plan to return to finish the programming step. Awesome business.

We needed multiple locks rekeyed to a single key, so I called Oregon State Lock & Key in the morning, and set an appointment for that same afternoon. They took care of the job in less than 30 minutes, for a very reasonable price. In addition, they went the extra step of fixing a door striker that needed adjusting and making two extra keys for us. Way to take a bad day and make it better. I got locked out of my car and managed to lock my phone in the car as well to make things worse. After several minutes of panic as I was on a schedule and did not time for this inconvenience a nice young man offered to let me use his phone. I called AAA and they said they were about 50 minutes out so I called OSU Lock & Key and Aaron was able to be there in about 10 minutes. He was in my car in a second. I highly recommend this business as he was fairly priced as well.
