Rented a shampooer, mind you I'm a regular customer I even have an account with them here. So I rented the hand attachment because I needed to shampoo my car carpet. I have a video which I showed a lady, and in it the hand attachment hardly dispenses any soap but most of it leaked on the driveway. The lady looks at it and calls the owner and he tells her what's happening, to which he says, 'well what do you want me to do about it'. He wanted me to get another machine, which I wasn't willing to do because I just wasted $40 for nothing. I ended up scrubbing by hand all 3 of my cars. Beyond disappointing, I could see him acting this way if I was a random dude trying to get something for free, but I'm, no excuse me, USED TO BE .a regular customer. I will take my business elsewhere. If I could give them a negative star I would. Shoot the employee who rented the machine out to me knows me since I was 8years old and I'm 31 now. You could do a million things right but people will always remember you for the ONE thing you did wrong, shame on you.

WOW, what a incredible shopping experience. This True Value is the place to get what ever it is you need. The Service Team is Fantastic. Everything that I need can be found in this True Value, and this Service Team, there Fantastic!. I love to shop in a store that has a focus on me and what I need. The atmosphere is one of a home town family working together to get things done. I just cannot say enough about how Fantastic the whole team is at this True Value. Fantastic service and a much greater selection than you'd think! A true, old-time 'customer comes first' attitude. I always feel comfortable sending people here, because I know the awesome team will make sure they get what they need!

Good store overall, but they close at 530 pm. Many times mid project we've had to drive to Home Depot or Lowe's between 530 and 7 pm because they are closed so early.
