I called, asked about fees.Rep kept going on and on and on and on about how they can price match and gave me two figures.I asked multiple times for my TOTAL cost before agreeing.Keep in mind, I am locked outside my home with a baby, I don't have time to hear a rehearsed sales pitch.I told the guy 'I dont wanna be rude but I'm locked outside my home and I need help now, can u just give me a total so I know exactly what ur gonna charge'.He got very upset that I cut his sales pitch and said he didnt wanna help me anymore.I called someone else and got wayyyy better service and quick.Things to improve:SERVICE, SPEED, LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS and FIGURE OUT UR PRICES
