The lady I spoke to was an absolute disgrace to any customer service skills. She was rude and disrespectful. When I told her I could buy them for less then 2 dollars while they gouge the same key for 4 dollars each with 1.50 charge on each if I paid using debit. They don't care about customer or customer service and only care about their money.

I contacted Joe's Safe Lock & Security systems late afternoon recently when one of my tenants was experiencing problems with their front door lock closing properly. They were friendly and courteous on the phone and they got out to the house in a very short period of time and fixed the lock. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Everything happens unfortunately. Today my husbands car locked itself with the key in it while we were unloading while our 2 year old daughter was sleeping. They were here at my house in less than 5 mins to get my daughter out! Super thankful!!! Thank you thank you!!!

They've helped me twice now. Quick and affordable and both employees were really polite. The dealerships were twice as much money and didn't care about me and my 2 kids stranded, trying to get help. I keep their info on hand just in case, because they're 24hrs and dependable.

Should have tried my deadbolt(that was not working for a few months) before I called this rip off company!! First off DAVE was an hour late!! Said he spaced us off!! Good thing we called to see what was up...then he arrives and squirts some grease on the device and charges 50.00 dollars for it!! I hope Joes feels good about that....Paid 40 for the squirt job(he should have kissed me first) Wont use these guys ever again for as long as i live and will make sure B.B.B is well informed also

These people KNOW what they are doing. I had them do a key and clicker for a 2003 Ford Taurus - less then 15 minutes it was done. I made an appointment which they kept - they are EXCELLENT!!

Called around town no one would give me a quoted price to open a car with keys left inside. Said there was a service fee of $20 to go out and then the person would quote me for the actual service (pretty much whatever they want to charge me which is anywhere from $70-$120) Called these guys they said $50 flat and they were in my driveway in under 15 minutes. Fast and efficient service, hopefully I won't need of there service in the near future but if I do find myself locked out I'll know who to call.

Went in with four locks to rekey. Did them on the spot. Took less than 15 minutes. Took me longer to take the locks out. He did a quick good job. Would go back. Gotta look past the hoarder/messy style store.

Terribly disappointed. After seeing the 5 star rating on google I assumed this was the right locksmith for the job. Boy was I wrong. I originally had spoken with a gentlemen named Dave who said that they would be at my place around 3:30pm. So when 4:20pm rolled around, I gave them a call. Spoke to Dave again. He stated that his guy was on his way and that he would be arriving soon. I thought 'okay, no big deal, a little late....'. So when 5:35pm rolled around , I still hadn't received any update, I gave them another call. Dave stated that he was still on a job and was running very behind because the job ended up being much bigger than they were told. As a small business owner, I understand that 'Murphy's Law' applies to everything that you do. Anything that can, will happen. But, if you communicate with your customers, most will be understanding and work with you. But, when you completely neglect your responsibilities and fail to communicate with your customers effectively, that's not good business. So, I politely asked Dave to cancel my appointment . He apologized and did so. But, after this experience, I will never refer anyone to or attempt to business with Joe's Safe Lock & Security again.

My sister locked herself out of her new apartment, and we called three places that would not answer on a Sunday. It was cold and snowy outside, we had no heavy coats on, she had to be at work at 5 am the next morning, so frustration was high. I called Joe's next and he actually answered the phone himself, and was wonderful from the very beginning. He arrived in a short time and opened the front door quickly. He was so friendly and caring. Thanks Joe! You saved the day!

Do not depend on this company. In September 2015, I initiated an arrangement to have our business' locks changed to a master key system and to purchase a drop safe to be installed. It took Trevor until Thanksgiving week to finally deliver a used safe that he recommended. When it arrived it looked like it had been through a war. I immediately got him to agree to take the safe back for sandblasting and painting. This process took another two months and I finally have a working safe as of Jan 12. Unfortunately it is still not installed (not bolted to floor). On top of that, I have had to detail out multiple times the work needed for the master re-key project (only talking about 5-6 exterior doors and 5-6 interior doors with a couple desk locks). This work has never been done. Trevor took ALL of our keys for the physical locks and a cylinder from one of the office doors and has never returned them. We are on an eletronic lock system that works fine (and was not part of the job) but we were unable to add the security of locking the physical locks over the holidays and if the power goes out, we won't be able to open any of our doors. After 3 months of being strung along by Trevor, in December, I finally called the owner, Dave, and he was the one who fixed the safe. I received the same excuses from Dave of Trevor's health issues and a 'big job' that took priority over us. REALLY? Being a Finance Director, I find this to be a ludicrous way of doing business. After finally delivering a usable safe by Dave, he proceeded to say that he would call me in 'a week or two' to arrange the re-key job. WOW!!! The audacity of some people. If one of our employees dropped the ball this bad with one of our customers and it was brought to my attention, I would drop everything immediately to make sure their needs were immediately met. Needless to say, I am done! We over-paid for the safe and I refuse to pay for the 'mystery efforts' made that have not addressed our problem. I have initiated the job to be done by another local locksmith who will have it complete by the beginning of next week. Since I just called them today, I think this is just a little more reasonable than 4 months (tongue in cheek). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JOE'S SAFE LOCK & SECURITY unless you want the job to take months and to be completely unprofessional.
