I had a tech come out to pull my ignition and make a key it took a long time he had to keep starting over and by the end of it my steering wheel column wont lock and there is a power draw somewhere and I havent drove my truck since! I called them and they refuse to take responsibility I tried to tell them the truck was fine until they worked on it even a mechanic said they did something.

1st time ever I've been locked out of my house. The guys showed up and it was a bit of a challenge to get my front door open. They were great. I appreciate you guys being here, especially when it was getting into the night. If, and that's a big if! I ever had another problem, I'd definitely call again.

I contacted J&L Pacific Lock and Key in Salem, OR to have a lock replaced. My call was immediately answered by a technician named Jake. I got an appointment that same day and upon closer inspection, Jake suggested using an adapter included with the new lock. It saved me a lot of money, I paid the service call fee and was able to easily finish the project myself. Thank you, Jake, for not ripping me off and thank you J&L Pacific Lock & Key for having such professional and honest employees, this is not something you see often these days. 5-star experience, highly recommend this company.

I needed a replacement car key after mine was stolen. I have an older Subaru, and it seems like its construction was making it harder than the usual job they have to do, but the locksmith kept at it and got me working keys for the quoted price. I appreciate that even after the job was clearly more tricky than anticipated, he stuck with the initial quote. The keys are working great. Thanks for the friendly service!

I lost my only key to my car so I called J&L Locksmiths and the service was phenomenal! Riley Rice, a locksmith, came all the way down from Salem to Albany within 45 minutes from when I made the call. He was super helpful, quick, and all around made my mistake of losing my key a pleasant experience. Definitely will use their services next time I require a locksmith.

I accidently locked my keys in my car after 8pm last night. I had my 8 month old baby, and my 6 and 8 year old girls. Riley showed up to help and immediately went to work, he even called the owner and they did this all for free for us. I was so relieved and so grateful, especially during the holidays.
