Love these guys. Always friendly and helpful. The little shop has a lot packed insometimes I'll think, 'No way they'll have this weirdly specific thing,' but then I stop by and find out they have five varieties of it tucked away in a corner.They'll know their stuff and can help you out quickly as a result. I've come to them with a lot of weird projects and questions over the years and they've never let me down. (Example: Bringing in a thing that fell from the wall to have them, at a glance, tell me what the residue indicates had been holding it up til now.) They've always steered me in the right direction. Plus, they're such nice guys, it makes me look forward to running an otherwise annoying errand, since it's an excuse to stop by and say hi.

If you have your own copy to make a new keys please dont go in this shop!!!!!I broke the framing of the car keys and I bought online new framing which is come with blind keys and I try to make a copy on this shop !!!!!But he took a piece of magnets and he check a magnetic field on my Blind keys and he said too much iron on this I cannot make , this going to break my machine and I cannot do it !!!!!!!so I believe he wants to sell his own stuff!!!!I shop around and I find a good guy on the 1500 Federal Street and he did for me without of problem!!!!!

Wasted a trip here and ended at home depot where they carried what I was looking for. Rekey kit. Not super helpful. They actually asked my 'what makes you think you can do that yourself'

I broke my key in half and it got stuck in the lock on a Saturday, I found these guys on google and they had good reviews. The guy who answered the phone was friendly and helpful- he says he'd have a guy out in 1 hour and he'd call me when he was close- he was here in an hour and called! He was nice and quick- gave me a receipt and I was in my way - I'd recommend Wilensky
