I had a DIY situation gone wrong with trying to rekey a lock myself. When I realized I was in over my head, I brought in the lock and key and they had me sorted out in less than five minutes and didnt even charge me. Definitely my first call the next time I have need a locksmith!!!

Technician Sako is really great and well skilled guy. He helped me with my automatic door Toyata Camry. I lost my key and my door lock was totally missed up and it was almost inaccessible to make copy of it. However, he made me a new key majically. I was convinced what he has done deserved addtional payment ,but he didn't asked for it. I like his integrity and professionalism.

I was blessed with 2 FREE keys made for my car on yesterday. Armstrong Locksmith is an amazing company, ran by a great guy-Raheem.. I was absolutely floored when told me that a $45-55 service was going to be FREE to me. I called this company late evening, back in January to have my doors unlocked. My key fob wasn't working. The technician came out very quickly to unlock my door. I talked with Raheem over the phone and he made a deal with me to have a key made for my door the next day. I showed up yesterday, 4 months later. Raheem greeted me so kindly and immediately got his tools, went to my car and my keys were made in less than 10-15 minutes. Did I mention he also cleaned my key fob. I will refer this conpany to anyone who is need of locksmith service. If I could rate then higher than a 5-Star, they absolutely would get it. Try them out, you won't be disappointed by the pricing, customer service, or quality of service!!

The best customer service ever! After loosing my Volvo key, another locksmith referred me to Armstrong. I was told by a Volvo dealership that only volvo could make me a key after having me to jump through paper hoops and then having to wait for a key to come through the mail. Not true, Raimy made the key promptly after giving him the key code. Highly recommend, very nice company to work with. Thank you, Armstrong, and thank you, Raimy.

Ok so I was searching for the best price for 3 days for me to get a keyless entry for my 2011 Toyota Sienna. Then I stumbled upon Armstrong Locksmith Inc. Not only was he the best price in town by FAR. Rahim was super nice, Friendly with my kids, and very professional! The BEST experience I have ever had with any locksmith! I will never go to anyone else anymore. You can tell that Rahim is there to help people out instead of taking advantage and over charging people like most of these other places do! Could not have been better. I called on a weekday morning with a bit of a residential entry door emergency. The dispatcher was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The locksmith they sent was all of these things as well. In addition, he arrived sooner than they said he would (it may have taken an hour), and very swiftly solved my problem. He also made helpful suggestions about steps to take to solve longer term issues, but without even a hint of a sales job. Just good, professional, expert service. I would call them again in an instant, and I give them my highest recommendation.

I called because I had lost my fob car key and my other key wasnt working as well, not only did he show me a trick over the phone on how to start my car, but also fixed the battery for me so that my extra key would work and was nice enough not to charge me. This is what real service looks like. I called 10 other places who never even told me how to get it started without the key working, all because they wanted to make money off of me. Not this business. If you want quality service this is your place. Highly recommend!!!

They are a SCAM out for your money. DO NOT GO HERE FOR BMW. They are not certified for BMW. The key they gave me was aftermarket & started falling apart within days. Wouldn't guarantee their work and I'm out 400 dollars for a worthless key. Went to the BMW dealership and they said it was worth less and I need to order a new key. So I finally got a new key for my car way cheaper though the BMW DEALERSHIP. Let me save you a headache and money DONT GO HERE!!!!Yall are a joke & rip off ARMSTRONG PRICE FOR A KEY FOBE WITH OUT A KEY BEING CUT $435.00.BMW DEALERSHIP WITH KEY CUT $280.00

Had issues with a new deadbolt on a front door not working properly today, effectively locking me out of my house. Armstrong answered the phone quickly and came right away and not only helped me get into my house, but looked at both the deadbolt and the doorjamb, made some adjustments, and replaced some hardware and screws to ensure that the door wouldn't get stuck and jammed again. The gentleman was very helpful and nice and I'm so glad I called them first! 100% would recommend!

I've had only 1 key for my car for almost 2 years, and finally decided it was time to buy another key. through a quick google search and reading reviews, I found Armstrong Locksmith. We had a little bit of trouble connecting, this was on me, I have a weird schedule... so, they went above and beyond and offered to come to my office and take care of it for me while I was at work. Took less than 5 minutes. Seriously, the nicest people, excellent customer service, and cost much less than getting another key through the dealership. Would recommend to anyone!!!

It was after hours as I was working for Habitat for Humanity when my homeowner was locked out of his home. So after trying different ways to get into the home, I called the locksmith to come open up the door and it would be at least an hour with traffic before they got in. When I called, Jason showed up right in the given time. He was nice, friendly,professionally,and very personally. He open the the door less than five members and rekeyed the door within the hour.
