I can't rave enough about this company! David came out and I've never met a more knowledgeable locksmith! He was not only highly trained and skilled in his line of work. He knew cars inside and out and had an encyclopedic memory of the components he deals with and exactly how they work. David was FAIR and HONEST and UPFRONT about every aspect of my problem. He gave me multiple options and the prices from experience were all within reason. Considering my car is a Lexus the prices were affordable and well worth the money considering he told me beforehand what i would get and what the total would be. Mostly what made this worthwhile was his craftsmanship and speed. I called him from my office at around noon expecting to be there until well after 5pm and i had barely gotten back to work when he called me and by the time i made it out to the parking garage he was greying the VIN# from my car and putting together the necessary info to create my quote. I've already said too much but honestly i can't tell you how much this made an otherwise really really bad day not so horrible in the end. Before he left i had two coworkers come over and inspect the work and ask for his card. These guys now have a lifelong customer. Don't call pop-a-lock, call Fast Austin Locksmith. He was fast, affordable, a pleasure to speak with and most of all thorough. He took care of my vehicke the way i would have and that says too much. I will be back and I've already passed the company's number around to everyone i know or care about. David will be on my speed dial for years to come. He feels like family and he treats you better.

It's my first time using a Locksmith in Austin. Naturally I was a little nervous asking a stranger to come to my place and open the door for me. This guy came in no time, and was very friendly and professional. We joked around while he was using his mad skill to do seemingly impossible job. Called and talked to Brad and luckily he was in my neighborhood. He was out in about 20 minutes and did a great job for a great price. He produced a spare sensor key for my car in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Best locksmith in Austin! David has installed a deadbolt on a back door and made key copies for several door locks that the hardware store & other locksmiths could never get right! He handcut the duplicate keys from a jenky old set and now I'm not fighting with the doorknob to let go of my key. He shows up on time, is professional and tells cost up front. The locksmith was incredibly unprofessional. Would not answer his phone and only responded randomly through text messages. We waited over 2 hours for a request that was promised to be filled within 30 minutes and the guy never showed up claiming he was in stuck in traffic and 20 min away. We live in the country and its Coronavirus... there is no traffic anywhere near here. Terrible Locksmith technician.

I must have had the wrong person come out (Troy) from this company to help me get back into my home. I dont think Ive ever seen a more incompetent locksmith. He sawed off my lock after he attempted to pick my lock. Left me with having to buy a new lock and change it myself tomorrow.
