The absolute best decision we ever made! Don Ringler tried to charge us almost $700 for a service we didnt even need and Belton Lockshop did a much better job for barely a fraction of the price. They were very professional as well as offered advice on how to prevent future mistakes from happening. We will continue to do business with them and recommend them to everyone!

Small little shop. I wanted to get some locks keyed alike, but said was impossible. So I went to Lowe's to buy new ones. Found out at their little kiosk that they were able to key them alike there. I also had them copy a key and rekey one standard deadbolt. Had to have them redo both, as they admitted to using wrong pins in lock and key would not turn lock. If a big box store can do more and better than your specialty shop, you are doing something wrong.

My experience was great with this company! When I called they answered right away. They were able to come out in about a hour. Their price was very reasonable. Ricardo was punctual, polite and professional. I would use this company again or refer them to friends and family.

And although it was late; they tried their hardest to find someone for me (including other companies).When other companies were overcharging me AND/OR couldn't do so; Belton Lockshop found one of the guys who decided to do so- to insure my safety. So that I could sleep better at night- after my divorce...Thank you Belton Lockshop... Belton Locksmith has made keys for some difficult locks for me in the past. Definitely knows their trade. Their prices have already been reasonable and I've experienced friendly service. Easy in and out location off of Central Ave in Belton.

Been calling for days trying to speak with someone.. anyone about a part they told me to order for my key reprogramming. Yet they are never available to answer the phone conviently EVER. And when I went by the guy basically looked at my key for about a minute said order the part but has yet to get back with me about when he can fix it. Smh I was recommend to the because they supposed to be good of service but now I'm just tired of having to harrass a business.

Called them two weeks ago to get a key and fob made for my car. I had to go out of town that weekend for work, got back later than I thought I would, midweek. Continued to look for lost key, didn't find it. Called Rick 3 or 4 times this past Monday (6 Mar), no answer, left message, no return call. Called first thing on Tuesday, spoke to Rick. He told me to give him 30 minutes to check his schedule and he would call me back. It is now 7pm on Wednesday night, still haven't heard from RICK!!! I was referred to this guy by a dealership, I guess they are not aware of how RICK does business. But they will be tomorrow morning. This was going to be 200+ dollars for less than 30 minutes of work, plus future referrals. Now RESPOND to that RICK, I would love to hear your excuse!!! Oh and if there were a negative star, you would have it.

I could not be any happier with Belton Lock Shop. These guys came out. Figured out they're going to have to do more work than planned. And still charge me the same price, they didn't even hesitate. You need something unlocked. You need a car lock redone, or a lock redone. You go to Belton Lock Shop. They will treat you right.
