Definitely call and ask about their pricing first. Charged $125.00 to get keys out of trunk. Other local company cost nearly three times less. Other company quoted me $45.00. My advice call others first any leave these guys as a last resort.

I called multiple times and got an estimate on cutting and reprogramming a fiat key, bought the key online and called back to come in and then they said they dont program fiat keys. Waste of my time.

Dont recommend. Service call without doing anything is $30, fee for lockout was $125. Had to cancel and pay the $30 service call. Called pop-a-lock, they charged $60 total with no hidden fees. They sent a text with the service updates (where they are, time, location, service quote). The man was very professional and helpful at pop-a-lock.

Very upset. Was quoted $30 to open my house door and thought what a deal! I specifically asked for the cost to open my house door. Turns out the locksmith got there and said he'd charge $150 on top of the $30 for what was apparently a service call. So disappointed. Please avoid at all costs. These hidden fees are horrible. Update: OMG worst than I thought! Wanting to charge $150 for a door that was open just stuck. =_= I was out of town unfortunately

While the Tech (Davis) that arrived to assist me was very nice/courteous, I am quite upset about the cost! I was quoted $30 Service Call + $25 Labor Costs = $55 which I felt was reasonable. I locked myself out of my house. It literally took him less than 3 seconds to unlock the door, yet he told me when I asked what the other $53 charge was for, was that it is the Tech's discretion what he charges when he arrives. For the amount of time/effort spent on the lock, it was not near worth over $100. I feel like I was gouged since I was a woman in a desperate situation. Won't recommend them going forward...

This is a revised review based on the owner's fair response to my negative experience. He handled the issue exactly the way a business owner should: honestly and directly. After learning of how my service and pricing transpired, the owner emailed me, then spoke to me directly on the phone to address my concerns about pricing and customer service. I am satisfied with the way that the owner resolved my issues. Potential customers: Always ask for pricing upfront. And (unless there is unexpected, extra work) don't pay more than the phone dispatcher or technician tells you. Any company should be able to give you a list of prices, service calls, etc, so you can know how much a job will cost you. There may be unexpected issues that raise the price, but the technician should clearly explain those to you before the work is performed. Those extra charges should also be CLEARLY explained on a written invoice. Never be too afraid or intimidate to ask UP FRONT.
