Today I stopped by and needed my key fob battery looked at. Jordan M. helped me out and was outstanding. His customer service was beyond excellent and they had a line of customers in the store. There needs to be more customer service in other companies like Batteries + Bulbs . Hands down the best around. Thanks to your team!

I broke my screen on my Apple phone and called ,So many great people who were so helpful and there were so many great deals. Quick and easy fix and So thankful I gave this place a try :)) I will be looking again for this store wherever we travel if I need batteries or phone screen fixed!

This place will still charge you full price on services they fail to deliver on instead of offering a refund. I was shocked when I was told I needed to sign a no refund policy before they can cut keys or program a key fob. That doesnt make sense at all. Why prepay on an undeliverable. Heed my warning, Avoid this place at all cost. Do not trust Rodney or Anderson.

Brought in an iPhone that wouldn't charge. They diagnosed it thoroughly and found it was a regulator problem on the logic board, instead of a battery or port problem, so it couldn't be fixed immediately. The service was quick and efficient and they didn't charge anything for the repair. Fantastic people!

We have taken my wifes phone in three times to be repaired. Two of the screens they installed were faulty. Customer service reps were friendly but had no power to make it right the second time because there was screen damage. We will not be using them again since they are using faulty products.

Ordered online which was great used a coupon that was offered online which gave me 10% off. Was all good until I went to pick it up in the salesman told me he was going to charge me an additional $17 for core charge and environmental fee. Even though I had the core sitting on the counter. Guy was a little belligerent. Usually a good environment but this guy needs some customer relations training

Took a while before writing a review but here was my experience. I took my phone in for a cracked screen. Came back after a couple hours, to a screen that was fixed and a home button that worked. Later that night my home button stopped functioning, and took it back the next day to see if anything could be done in regards to the button. After several hours of attempts for repair, I was told there was nothing they could do there at the store, that I would have to have my phone sent off to their technical support location elsewhere for more detailed fixes. Im in sales, I heavily rely on my phone for business, sending it off is something I couldnt do , so I decided to do without. A couple weeks later I brought my phone back because there were white spots on the screen, more than likely a bad screen. I took it back for repairs and the manager Ron, informed me that its because my phone was dented but when asked to show me where the dents were located he did not. He then informed me that this would be the last time my screen would be repaired, even though I was clearly still within my warranty period for the screens. A week later my phone screen is still having problems, with the screen having green lines periodically and half of the screen having inverted screen colors until being rebooted. Now working with customer service in getting something done about the issue.

I had previously recommended Batteries plus to several people. Purchased a battery, took it in 5x under warranty before they ever replaced it. Had the new battery less than a year and it started having the same problems. Took it in, it was reading at a 1. They guy says, no problem I cant exchange it until I test it. I will replace it because it shouldnt get that low but give me 4 hours. Ok, no problem. I call back 4 hours later, speak with someone else and get the idk why he told you that, we have to charge it for 24 hrs. I explain that the first guys says it needed to be replaced anyway. This guy says no, it might charge and will be fine. They call me back to tell me that it charged and is fine to pick up, (much longer than 24 hours later) by this time I have taken my battery back 6+ times and Im not messing with them anymore. Got a new battery from another store. Wasnt trying to get something for nothing, just want to not get the run around every time I go in.
