I definitely recommend Pop-A-Lock! They saved the day after my parents locked both sets of car keys in their truck. The customer service and the technician was super friendly and professional. The tech was at the house within 15 minutes and unlocked the truck in less two minutes! The price was totally reasonable.

They said the agent would be out in half an hour. An hour later I called and they claimed he would be another 10 min. After 15 minutes I called to cancel and they claimed he was around the corner. I told them I didn't believe them. They made no attempt to apologize or make it right. Just call Lyft.

The worst customer service ever! I called for assistance. I got a text that their ETA was 35 min. That was perfect. After about 42 minutes (after they should have already arrived ) I get a text message that says (cut and pasted from my phone) *ETA update 65 minutes for jumpstart*Ok- At this point I am wondering if I should just call another company. You tell me youre going to be here in 35 min and now itll be nearly three times as long! I was frustrated but decided Id wait. A few minutes later I get this text message from the driver (cut and pasted in its entirety) *Maybe a bit longer than that. I'm in stand still traffic going to some calls in downtown Austin*At that point, I could tell this company had no interest in helping me while I was stranded with a dead battery, during a terrible thunderstorm with five children on the side of the road. I canceled and called one of their competitors. They were there within 15 min and got me up and running! Save yourself the time and energy, find a better company. This company is pathetic and a waste of time.

Waited 2.5 hours for a jump after given a 45 min estimate. I asked them to record my phone number on two different occasions while on the phone so the person dispatched could contact me. I was parked in a very large and busy parking lot. The person dispatched showed they did not record a phone number. The gentleman I was speaking to hung up on me also. However, the man who came out was very personable and quick to answer my questions. We couldnt get my car to jump so he called a guy out to tow it. They arrived very quickly.

Every time someone called, the price went up (estimates) and they kept delaying me, half hour min per phone call. Hard to know who is in charge, and first call I was asked what state I was in.NOT PERSONAL, NOT CONSISTENT, AND I FELL LIKE IM GETTING THE RUN AROUND. Being taken advantage of, in a horrible situation, where I really have no choice.

After a long bedraggled day of grocery shopping at Walmart I go out to my car to realize I have locked my keys in my car. I called Pop-A-Lock and they told me it would be 25 minutes until they could get to me which was fine because it was a beautiful day and I didn't mind waiting. Less than 2 minutes after I get off the phone Pop-a-Lot drives up to my vehicle and announces he is there to help me. What a surprise! My technician was friendly professional and I was in my car and on my way home in less than 5 minutes! I would highly recommend them to anybody.
