Owner and operated by the same guy who does the service call. Super honest, no BS, honest work at an honest price. My wife had her purse stolen which had our house key, when we were out of town. We got back in to town and 10pm. We called David at 11pm. He was at our home by 11:20pm. We were in our house in minutes. David is the best....We would definitely call him again.

He showed me what he was doing every step of the way, making sure to explain everything to me so that if I ever got myself in the same situation I might get myself out of it and save a lil money. Of course, I really respected that, but I will use his expertise next time I have any lock/key problem I cannot handle. His price was more than fair and out of the three locksmiths Ive has to call in my lifetime, he was incredibly prompt and I felt as though I was a valued customer bit just any regular customer. This guy came to the location to give a quote and had to charge the service fee when I specifically said I just need a quote and he insisted to come. When I refused to pay he cursed and threatened me to break my phone, report this as theft and taking pictures of the business and call records from my phone. He yells and scrams, threatens till you pay him for his service which is threatening me. He is so unprofessional and a theft and a scam.Scam again, no one asked him to do a thing except giving the quote. He asked 'if' he get to work how many key we would need, so she answered. We didn't change out mind at all. It was all the way 'just getting the quote' from the beginning to end. This is the business expense and why would the employees will make any decision without Corporate's permission(the review of the quote). What on earth he can't understand what 'getting quote' means.
