It's so rare that a service call actually happens within the scheduled window, but AJ Locksmith understood the importance there for my re-key and scheduled a time they could actually keep. The price was fair, and he didn't charge for my extra key copies. I didn't quite understand why Joey needed to replace a lock barrel, but the final total was not too bad. Joey was very timely, friendly, hygienic, and professional. I would be comfortable calling again or recommending AJ Locksmith to a friend.

Joe was very professional. He called 30min before arrival, on time for the appointment as scheduled. Price upfront and very competitive. I called multiple places before deciding on Joe. I used AJ Locksmith to remove a lock from my storage unit. The worker who showed up didn't have tools needed and was attempting to drill out the lock with a battery operated drill. He was upset and said it would be easier with a more powerful electric drill.As most people know storage facilities usually don't have public power access. After an hour of him drilling and taking breaks to text I began to get frustrated at the length of time it was taking. He was upset that they didn't have power access and expressed this to me. I drove home and got my gasoline generator so he could use a higher power electric drill. You would think he would have thanked me or even gave a discount for the fact I drove as well as provided my generator to help him But NOPE! After 2 hours he finally got the lock off. This should have been a simple 20/30 min job if he had the proper tools and wasn't breaking for text. Needless to say I will use a different company in the future!

I had an 05 Silverado with a dead battery and locked doors. Within 30 minutes of my call to AJs, Joe was at my door step, mask and gloves on ready to help. I honestly couldnt believe how fast they came. Joe had my door unlocked within 5 minutes and then offered to charge my car battery! This extension of kindness blew me away and was greatly appreciated. He did NOT have to help me there but went the extra mile because you could tell he knew it was the right thing. Very thankful for their service and support. Hopefully I wont need them again but if so theres only one call Id make.

My girlfriend had a lock out in her car and called out a locksmith (not AJs theyre great). They quoted us a rate and when they arrived tripled the amount quoted saying that was a minimum. Without even looking at anything. Then took 20 minutes trying to get into the car and couldnt! I immediately sent them away and called AJs which I had used before. They arrived exactly when they said they would and charged a very reasonable amount. Exactly what they said they would, not a dime more! He was in the car in less than 5 minutes. After calling several other companies, my last choice should have been my 1st! This company is awesome!! I locked my keys in my car and when I called the dispatch was friendly and professional. He gave me a quote and advised someone would be there within 20 minutes. A few minutes later I received a call from Jacob and he just confirmed my location and told me he was on his way. 10 minutes later I received a text from Jacob, he was just letting me how far out he was. Ive had the pleasure of working with AJ twice now. The first time was with my bosss house while he was going through a complicated divorce. They were fast, punctual, kind, professional, patient and quick with the work. He took the time to show me how to change the door codes on doors that had keypads, was quick to install over 26 locks.
