This guy guy is awesome. My mother-in-law locked herself out of her house and he came and got her in even though it was late in the evening. He came back the next day and fixed up the door just like he promised. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give a zero I would. I called at noon to schedule a lock Smith when I got home at seven thirty. Never received a phone call and I called after seven thirty. Was told a technician would be reaching out. Never received a phone call. When I called back after 8 to find an update I was told they needed to order stuff and couldnt come. No one thought to keep the customer in the loop for anything. Then when I try to find a DIFFERENT company that has a different website and different phone number ITS THE SAME EXACT PLACE!

Terrible experience, waited almost an hour for locksmith to arrive after being quoted 25 minutes. After arriving he quickly unlocked my door within 2 minutes, but I also needed a new key fob for my car with wireless entry. He began attempting to reprogram a new key to my vehicle and sat in my car for 2 hours, after another half hour he gave up and told me it would cost $154 for unlocking my car. I asked why it was so expensive and he said that's how much that service costs for my particular vehicle. He left and told me he would give my number to another locksmith who would call me in 10 minutes to help me. He never called me. I blame myself for not doing proper research before allowing Okey Dokey Locksmith's services to attempt to provide me with a service.

He called to update me on his arrival, was on time, prices are low and the quality is exceptional, also great customer service;I am impressed and satisfied. Thanks guys. The main thing for me was to Get the exact price and cost from what I get in the phone. The locksmith come in about 10 min. In my case the lock was reusable after the job so I can still can use it. Very happy after all. No complain what so ever and most definitely recommend

Excellent service from this company. Cleaning lady inadvertently locked the house door by the door nob lock. She was supposed to use the key pad .The lock smith arrived exactly at the promised time and opened the door in just a few minutes with no damage to the door or the lock. Gentleman was extremely customer friendly.

I recently lost my key over the weekend and I searched everywhere for a place to replace my key. I called this place and was given great customer service on the phone and they sent someone out within 30 min. When he got here he was very nice and respectful, gave me my quote and it was super affordable. He did it all within 15 minutes. I am so happy with the service and I would definitely recommend them.

He got there in good time, because Houston is a big place. Our car was easy to open and they open in less than 1 minute. We were quoted over the phone $45+$15, but we would never have him come out if we knew his price tactics!! Because if he say $65 all the way to $165 we would never invited him to come. Obviously they knew our location and they work together , the guy over the phone and the technician. when the technician quoted $165 thats not we agree over the phone. He need to say $165 before open the door, so that way we can agree !! The technician use scare tactics saying I CALL THE POLICE when We refuse to pay $165. We call back the guy over the phone and he never respond back. Obviously they knew whats happen, the technician say that happen to him 3 times before today people complaining !! I suggest them to have specific prices for each car type !!
