I would love to type a whole entire page. But will simply say this. They are the best. Long story short. They rekey several locks at my home. A few months later the lock jammed. I called them and I blamed them for the issue. However, I was completely wrong. The issue was not there fault. However, they not only taught me how to fix it but gave me the part for free. I still left them a tip because It was the right thing to do. They are awesome.

They got the job done. Service tech was rude. Overpriced. $28 to drive less than 2 miles to unlock my bosses office. Then $10 to open the door. I wouldn't call them again.

Don repaired my door lock and I had him rekey the house also. The house was brand new, but he said the back door lock had three master key pins which were apparently from the builder so the contractors could have a key when they were building it. Don suggested adding a deadbolt to the door from the garage to the house and it made sense so I had him install one. Don also adjusted the door to our upstairs patio. It never closed easily sine we moved in, but now it works perfectly.
