Mr.Brock has made additional keys for my manufactured home and shed. I have also had to call recently for being locked out of my manufactured home. He was not only able to get me back into my home, but able to educate me on better locks for my home. His services are reasonably priced, he is professional, and pleasant. Definitely would recommend recommend him for the Killeen area. I will not being using any other locksmith!

Rick Brock, wow!!! Had the best experience with him helping me change out my locks. From the moment I called him to the time he was at my house was fast. He changed out my locks and had my new keys made up in under an hour. Side note he also does cars, found or when I was talking to him. He was since and professionally. Will be sure to use him next time I need lock issues.

Called Brock to see if he makes motorcycle keys and guess what folks? HE DOES! He gave me an estimated time and cost for two keys that was cheaper than other competitors. He was not only friendly but professional when speaking on the phone and in person. He gave a courtesy call when he was on his way like he said he would and completed the job in about an hour, all the meanwhile answering all my questions about how he does his job, and he also gave me the opportunity to observe how he finds out his key codes and how he makes the key. He also gave me my key just in case I need more keys made. Two thumbs up for Brock's Lock & Key!

While I was visiting relatives in Killeen,Tx from Florida, I lost the key to my Tundra. I called Brocks Lock & Key and explained my situation. Mr. Brock came out promptly and made me a new key and got me all fixed up. Mr. Brock was was very nice, prompt, very knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. About 2 months ago, I accidentally turned on MyKey in my Ford Fusion. I called Brocks Lock and Key about a week later, but ended up never actually getting it fixed. This past weekend I called again and Rick was so much helped. He researched every possible way to help me in the cheapest way. He gave me a price quote when I called the first time, but after finding out more detail, he told me it would cost more and even offered to send me to his competition to get a cheaper price, but with all his help, I decided to stick with him. He came to my job and within 45 minutes, everything was done. To say I was more than satisfied is an understatement. I couldnt be more happy with the situation and the outcome!! :)
