I called to see if I could have a key made and a fab programmed.Lady asked for my address and I told her I could come to them since I was out and about.I found them by Googling their business which indicated they were Open until 10pm.She said they were Closed and worked only remotely. She did not give me an opportunity to speak and just hung up on me.

Locksmith came to my house yesterday to install new deadbolt, requiring new hole to be cut as there was not a deadbolt on that door previously. Technician was extremely polite, efficient, cleaned up afterwards, & did i say polite? I called several locksmiths in the area before calling TPL & none could come out the same day, but they were out w/in 2 hours of my call. I had to request the technician to come back out this morning as the lock wouldn't catch unless I positioned the door just right- i called at 7am & the tech was at my house & finished by 8am. I will def use recommend & use them again.

I highly recommend this locally owned co. to anyone who finds themselves in a bind. They were extremely professional, were timely, and made sure that my house lock opened. Tech called me so every often to keep me updated on ETA. I price checked and called around and they had the best prices as well! The tech who assisted me last night was so helpful in trying every approach and trying to help me get back in the least invasive and non-damaging way. Very knowledgeable and did an amazing job! Definitely my new go to! Great price, service, and availability!

Was told $30 service fee and $25 to unlock my apt door. Took a technician guy more than half an hr to come. My apt is older than my parents and the lock is also old. I'm not even exaggerating at all, it took him literally 3 seconds to unlock my apt door and he charged me $95. That's a rip off. And of course he played that song 'oh i already gave you discount'. He didn't even know if I'm a student, senior, military or whatsoever to give me such 'discount'. I get that if you unfortunately lock yourself out like i did, you just wanna get a locksmith to open it for you asap but please be aware.

Inflated pricing. My son locked himself out of his truck. Was quoted $30 service call, $ 25 unlock fee. They were prompt. And unlocked his truck in less than 3 minutes with basic unlock tools. Then charged him $95 for the service. I called the office the next day and asked for a quote and was told $55. I then explained that they opened my son's truck and charged him $95 and I would like to know why? Never giving any type of reasonable answer, was told a manager would contact me, never happened. I wrote a email to the head office in Dallas and the reply I was given was that he should have been charged $150 but was given a student discount. I've read other post on here, and not questioning the ability they have to do the job, but they are deceptive when quoting a price. Just seems shady to me and not sure how they can keep in business legally. If this is the norm and totally legal guess we all should open locksmith companies and get fat wallets.

Had my keys stolen to my house so I contacted Texas Premier Locksmith to come out and change the locks. Their tech called to discuss when he would be arriving, my needs and kept me posted on his arrival time. When he arrived he was informative, professional, friendly, and got to work immediately. He did a great job. My locks look amazing!

What I dislike with a passion is when you contact a company to perform a service and they begin to tell you about everything besides what you call them about. Then they proceed to try and sell the most expensive replacement, and say we can give you a discount and set you up on a payment plan. Really! I would nevet refer this company to anyone. I work hard, but not to pay people and not receive adequate service. I cant begin to express how irritated I am with this business. I was quoted $35 on the phone, then the technician said the service wad $90. Really! I called for my garage not a locksmith. Why are they listed as a garage door company if they are locksmiths!

I was able to make a copy of my broken key within minutes at their downtown location. Had a key fob key break off, they were able to order a replacement key for a reasonable price (half of what the dealer wanted) however I took the cheap way out and had 2 basic keys made. Took 10 minutes and less than $30.

Great folks, great service. I came in to get a fob programmed for my car, and they worked very hard to get the job done even though I had ordered the wrong one. Will definitely come back if I have other locksmith needs.

I called Texas Premier Locksmith when I locked my keys and puppy in my car, of course I freaked out. I attempted to pry the window open but to avail. I goggled TPL and called them the receptionist was very courteous and professional all while I was panicking praying that my puppy would die. It was an busy that night with locked in dogs so I didn't feel like I was the only bad pet parent, however they arrived within the time said and they had my puppy out in no time. My puppy ran to them first as to say thank you to them and gave me a look like REALLY MOM!!! The price was right and the gentlemen were very professional and kind. now I'm a happy mommy and my puppy is too. Thanks TPL ;))

As the owner/manager of rental properties in the Copperas Cove area, this is my 'go to' company when locks have to be changed or when a door lock breaks. Worst service ever. Called for a basic door unlock and Ben was trying to charge me $155! There are way too many more affordable locksmiths for me to pay that price, especially when I was quoted $55 over the phone. He was trying to RIP me off!

Amazing customer service from the first call to the execution of the service call. Our daughter had a breakup and the person had keys to her apartment still. I called and explained the situation, Marcus came out at the time requested and went above and beyond to re-key the locks and also fixed the deadbolt. Super friendly and beyond reasonable prices. I went to their location to have 2 locks rekeyed I had the keys I wanted them keyed to with me. He said 25 dollars EACH! I could have bought 4 new locks with that much. Guess he thought I was stupid. Word of advice. Steer clear!
