John with Unlimited Towing was great! He is very knowledgeable and courteous! Negotiated his truck into difficult parking lot to recover my truck and get it back to my house. Great employee and highly professional. I appreciate John and Unlimited towing for arriving quickly and for the outstanding work ethic HE provided! Highly recommend!!

This is the second time I have needed a tow truck in less than a week. The first incident was in the middle of the night, and it took less than 20 minutes for the tech to arrive. Unfortunately for my car and myself I found myself again needing a tow this morning. The young lady who answers the phones, Laura, is the sweetest. She stayed on the phone with me as long as she could (Im not from here and was in the middle of nowhere) and she felt very genuine. Super polite. The driver Tony was more than polite also, and both of them made this experience a lot less stressful!! And it didnt even cost $80 !! (Again, in the middle of nowhere) I would recommend again and again!!! Have this company on speed dial.

Tonight, this company, dispatcher, John and his boss restored my faith in the world. It is CLEAR that they care about PEOPLE. I was driving from Waxahachie to San Antonio....with 4 dogs....when my car died in Salado at 9:30 pm. I was told no one would transport my dogs to where my car was being towed. The dispatcher and John would not take this for an acceptable answer and John worked with his boss to problem solved how to get it done where I was SAFE along with my dogs. I cannot express the gratitude I have for their professionalism tonight. ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service. Thank you, gentlemen, it is truely appreciated...as a woman, it is nice to feel safe in a time such as this.

Had my car towed by them for the first time today, I was sad that this is the 2nd time my car is being towed in general. In the past, there was a different group that towed my car and it was whatever happens happens had some scrapes going from the towing. So when I had to get another tow, I received Unlimited Towing. It was like I was blessed to receive people that actually care for their customers and their car. My car was carefully taken care of to make sure no extra damage is being done. I never been so happy that there is people out there that cares. I love my car so much that I hesitate on how the car is being moved around. But these guys really handled the car with utmost care, no extra damage, no extra problems, no rush, took his time make sure he will leave his customers with a smile and a reassurance that the care will be taken care of, the right way. This is the first time I have done an online review in my life, so if I manage to make a review. You gotta know that Unlimited Towing is the people for you. I caught a flat called USAA they sent unlimited towing to get me the best guy for the job showed up within 15 min John was very helpful and kept me calm in the situation he got me towed to a shop in a very timely manner I wish I could have given John a hug he made my bad day better with his assistance and professionalism.

Excellent, prompt, professional service at a great price. Call them first. Saturday afternoon 95F feels 102F, my transmission fails on the way home from Lowe's. Thank goodness my air conditioning still worked (phew!). Called three other companies prior to calling Unlimited Towing, the other companies had no service for me that day or where going to take over an hour to get to me in Killeen. Called Unlimited towing they got to me in 25 minutes (WOW!). They brought a flatbed truck for my all wheel drive so as not to damage the drive train further (impressive). Stephanie, the driver, did the job very professionally and very well. She managed to get the car in my garage in spite of the front wheels being locked in park. Because of her help I was able to fix the transmission in my garage without cooking in the sun the next day. It was just as hot next day. If every cloud has a silver lining, Stephanie and Unlimited Towing were it for me. I highly recommend calling them first. Thank you, Stephanie and Unlimited Towing. God bless ya'll!

Great service! I had to wait over an hour but all the tow companies were swamped. The driver was courteous and he looked at my car to see if he could help me out without having to take me to the shop. I really appreciated that. And what he said is what was actually wrong, just a small bolt broke in the shifter. He couldn't reach it so he called ahead and the mechanic replaced the bolt in 15 minutes and had me back on the road. I highly recommend this company if you get stranded somewhere ladies!

Taylor showed up at 2:30 am after we lost steering in our truck. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We were in a tough spot with no ability to turn our truck so it took him a couple minutes to get our 1 ton dually loaded on the flat bed. He got us to the repair shop and dropped us off at home so we didnt have to wait in a dark parking lot for a cab.I hope we never need service again but if we do we will be using them.

I was set up with this company through roadside assistance, but will utilize their services from now on. They arrived at my house within 15 minutes, the driver was also knowledgeable enough to realize he could fix the issue, it was a minor battery issue and saved me a lot of money from diognostic testing at the dealership. He was able to save me the time of the tow, was courteous and efficient. Also talked to the owner of the company who was very nice, took time to speak with me and takes pride in the quality of service his employees provide. Wonderful and professional. Highly recommend!
