They were fast to get there. Got my truck open within 5 minutes. The lady was nice and said there was a $49 service fee over the phone. When she got there she told me without really looking at anything said it would cost $235 bucks! I dont have a spare key so I was stuck. We own my own business myself.. I felt like she could have told me up front on the phone what it normally cost. She just told me a service fee plus whatever it cost to open. I paid her anyways. Beware of their deceptive way of selling. She could of been up front of the charges on the phone.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company! My keys got locked in my vehicle at a gas station in new braunfels. I made the worst mistake not looking at reviews before calling. The gentleman on the phone said that it would start at 45 dollars and up to get it unlocked. When the lady got there over an hour after contacting them, it took her all of 2 minutes to get my car unlocked and than charged me 235 dollars! I feel severely taken advantage of. I was locked out of my car with my 3 kids. Two of them being ten month old twins in the texas heat. She knew i had no option but to have her do it. She didnt even tell me the price until AFTER all was said and done. Please beware!

Service was great.. price was very outrageous I wish they would of gave a closer estimate over the phone told me 65 and when they arrived I was charged 185 for a 3 min job. If I would of known I would of looked elsewhere.

Don't use these people unless you want to get ripped off. Charged $300 fro 10 minutes of work changing out handset on door. The doorset they sold me came apart the third time I opened the door. Good luck if you call these people!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Waited 40 minutes for the tech to arrive. (You think they are coming from New Braunfels but they are not!)The guy that came to the house to unlock the front door was very nice and thorough. He placed two small manual airbags in the door jam and with a tool unlocked the door in literally 90 seconds of getting out of his truck. I was happy with that part... Then he asked how we wanted to pay, cash or card? We said whichever is easier and he said card. I was quoted $65 over the phone, then completely shocked when he said $240. We were appalled and felt ripped off.AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

BEWARE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!I lost my key in the river. They charged me $487 to make a key which has the chip taped to the outside and doesnt intermittently work. If I could add a photo of the key and receipt I would. The chip is literally TAPED to the outside of a key. Office fee $45 TOID $125 key for car $185 and program $95 plus $37 tax total $487. Complete rip off and taking advantage of someone in an awful situation. Its a cheap plastic key with black tape and a small chip under the tape. Totally unacceptable for the cost but I was stuck and had to start my car to get home to go to work. Terrible quality work. I wish I had called a different locksmith. :( just awful. Unable to provide a cost estimate over the phone and now I know why, if they had quoted me $487 I would have had my car towed for free by my insurance and had the dealer make me a new key for $185. RIDICULOUS.

Teamwork Locksmith came within 15 minutes after I locked my keys in my car. They saved me from the heat, and I was so grateful for such fast and friendly service. I will always recommend them to friends and family going forward. Highly dependable!

Technician was efficient and timely; however, whomever handles dispatch quoted me $65 dollars after having full explanation of what type of lock theyd be dealing with.When the technician arrived, he charged us $259.00. Ive called 6 times to get this straightened out and my calls have been dodged and or was told the supervisor would reach out to me. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard from the supervisor. I would not recommend this place on the stance that they misquoted and will not own their mistake.

Locked my keys in my car at work. Called and they said it would be $45. Someone got there half an hr later and charged me $235. I told her I did not agree to this over the phone and she said the $45 was the charge to 'send someone over there' and the rest was to unlock my car door, which took her no more than 2 or 3 minutes. I had just paid rent and was depending on the rest of my check for groceries to live on the next two weeks. I don't know what I'm going to do. I called them and someone said a supervisor will call me back, which I know they won't. I'm going to put in a dispute with my bank, assuming I have enough energy since I'll be lucky to live on ramen and crackers the next two weeks. All they had to do was be upfront over the phone, and now I'm worried about getting food for the next two weeks. This is completely ludicrous. Screw this sorry company.

The owner wasn't straight forward about the price, he did not listen and gave his technician the wrong address, they were very unprofessional. They charged the maximum amount of 150.00 with no explanation why they were charging that much even though they are supposed to be local. Do yourself a favor use any other company except for Teamwork Locksmith Inc.

The guy told me $85, and then they charged me $140. Please dont call them. Just call another company. Then I tried calling the company today and the guy just told me to call later because he couldnt help me. Please just CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!

I was locked out of my house just the door handle. I called and he quoted me and said starting at $65 and would be there between 25-30 mins. It took an hour which I understand traffic can happen but then charged me $245. What a scam artist. I'm heartbroken at the dishonesty. SCAMMM!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CALL... I needed original replacement keys for two vehicles that were at my home and I had already been quoted $90 for an original replacement Cadillac key and programing with my VIN from Cadillac Dealership and $185 for the second vehicle a Honda CRZ from the Honda dealership using only my Vehicle's VIN. I decided to get a quote from Teamwork locksmith and they would not give me a quote over the phone they said they had to 'see' the cars first. When they showed up, 2 hours late, and tried to sell me 2 generic keys {not original factory keys} the worker asked if I had any keys for the vehicles, when I told him that I did not. He then quoted me $360.00 for each key!!! Mind you... these were just the generic keys with no remotes or Key Fobs. I told him that he was to expensive and he then tried to charge me for a service trip charge. I was like.... You want to charge me because you were not able to take advantage of someone that he thought was stupid and not know any better. I told him to leave. SO... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS THEY QUOTE YOU A SPECIFIC PRICE BEFORE THEY GET THERE. THEY DON'T NEED TO 'SEE' THE CAR TO GIVE YOU A DETAILED ESTIMATE... THE DEALERSHIP DIDN'T NEED TO SEE THE CARS AND SO CAN THEY. JUST GET YOUR KEYS CUT AT THE DEALERSHIP WITH YOUR VIN AND OWNERSHIP PROOF. AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

This company and its staff are excellent! Recently I was locked out of my car because my young son locked the keys inside. All the while it is cold And raining and we have no other way to get in the car. I called this company after reading many good reviews and boy am i happy i did. The man in the office Jacob was patient, helpful and friendly. He explained the service fee and that the technician would be able to give me exact price once he saw the specifics of my car. He also told me I would have the option to have a spare key made should this happen again. He collected my information and said he would have a tech to me asap. The technician arrived soon after and was equally kind and efficient. He gave me the exact price I would be charged and after getting my consent he moved ahead with opening the car. He quickly worked to open the car so that I could get my son inside. I opted to wait to have the duplicate key made at a later time but when i do it will definitely be with this company. They are fair and courteous.

Dishonest service and liars. Door malfunction locked us out of our 1997 Airstream travel trailer so we called these folks. Was told service call would be $99 and then was charged $129. Then the technician told us we had a 6 pin lock which would cost us $269 when our lock was no more than a 2-3 pin (little short key). Do not trust this company!

Sure they got to my house as quick as possible, but when I called and asked for a price they told me $35.00+. Mind you, I just needed a bedroom door unlock. It really doesnt get more simple than that. The man showed up and informed me it would cost $120.00 to spend five minutes to use some thing in between the door to pop it open. He didnt even pick the lock. I couldnt waste anymore time as I was already late for work. Just curious.. what do you unlock that cost 35.00??? He told me it was their third party service that keeps giving misinformation.. well Im sorry if thats the case you should still be sticking by that and hiring someone else to talk to potential customers! The service was quick but the price and making it seem as if it would a reasonable price is wrong and shady.

Total rip off! I needed my front and back door to lock. He drilled a hole in both door jams, leaving wood and debris everywhere. He worked about 30 mins and handed me a bill for $377.39 after he said the front door was going to cost $75!!!! He charged a service fee I was not aware of!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will rip you off too!!!

Way overpriced, $125 to pick one lock with a single pick, couldn't make a key for it. Couldn't hardly understand what the guy was saying, seemed like a total waste of time and money to me. Wouldn't recommend to anyone for anything.

Same experience, I was told over the phone it would be 30 for the fee to come out and 30$ for opening my vehicle, we agreed and then when the guy showed up I was told it was 150$. This was after they made me wait for nearly two hours after he told me numerous times he was almost there. All felt like a big scheme just to keep you waiting forever and then hit you with it will be 150$. *BEWARE*

This is a scam company. Learned the hard way when an unmarked car showed up, guy was belligerent when I didnt want to pay $350 for 3 locks to be rekeyed. He wouldnt leave for any less than $100 for a minimum. Put all my locks back but the decorative plate was crooked on one and the keypad was completely missing on the other. Reported this company to the Texas Dept of Safety Private Security division. Just use the local company Key Depot. They charged $93 for the same job and they are professional.
