Went in to get a commercial door knob the employees are very helpful and very nice. Bilco is the only place locally that seems to have everything you need to fix your locks and keys. They saved me 500 dollars on this project and advice on how to fix all my problems. I ended up with a much nicer door lock at a better price. This company is awesome. I am glad we still have a local locksmith that employ such great people.

You should Definitely come here!!! :) I just looked them up online and was surprised at my satisfaction to the service they provided.I just went in to get a spare copy of my car keys. I was very impressed with their customer service. Brenton is the employee who helped me and he was friendly and very quick to copy my keys in just 20 minutes. Their prices are very reasonable too!

Great experience with Bilco. I was locked out of my Apt and my car. I expressed the urgency to get my car or home open and the tech showed up quickly and opened my car. I was back to work in no time. Bilco is just the best! My dumb self got locked out of my car on Saturday during Labor Day weekend. I called Bilco on Monday and they sent a guy to my car in 20 minutes and the charge was only $65! I thought I was going to get hosed because of the holiday but they treated me very fairly and were fast. Bilco is the best!

They really seem to know and understand their locks. What's even better is that it feels more like you're working with a good business who cares about you and your needs, which is usually lacking in more 'big box' stores I might have tried to go to. When I went it was to get a set of keys for a lock whose keys had all been lost.

The one who answered the phone (Whom I presume is the owner based off my neighbors experiences) was incredibly rude to me right off the bat. I called, gave my name, asked him how he was doing, and tried explaining my problem and what I needed.Instead he laughed at me and was very curious as to what I was trying to sell him.His obnoxious attitude made me hang up and go with his competitor. I hope the snarky remark was worth losing a customer.

Bilco saved us! My fiance and I were having such a hard time finding anyone who could cut keys for a 1988 Bronco because it was 'too old' and four different locksmiths as well as a Ford dealership all told us the ignition switch would absolutely have to be changed and would cost over $250 at minimum. That was not okay with us. We contacted Bilco and they told us they could get new keys made, without switching the ignition lock, and it would only cost $164, so we set up the appointment. The tech came out and got the keys made very quickly as well as giving us an extra copy of the keys, and only charged us $125! We are beyond happy and grateful to these guys for their service and awesome prices! Definitely recommend!

My old truck gas tank door & lock jammed and I had no way to fill my truck with gas. I tried an auto body shop and another locksmith but they couldn't fix it. One even told me to drill it out and call a salvage yard for a possible replacement lock. When I got to Bilco their guy got it open and removed in minutes. After leaving my contact info and receiving a pink frosting donut with sprinkles for my daughter (Donut Friday) I drove home and walked in the door and got a call from Bilco that it was fixed already! Those are some miracle workers there. They are so friendly, fast, and know their locks. They even answered questions about random code locks in our home that have been mysteries for years. All I had to do was ask Bilco. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Thank you Bilco.

Truly caring people. Our 3 year old locked our 1 year old in a bedroom. We dont have a key to that room and had no way to get in. Wife calls me, panicking; I was stuck at work far away and cant get home. 1 year old is screaming; he wants out. Wife calls Bilco. Guy gets to our apartment within 5 minutes (we will call him Hero for now on). Hero sees my stressed wife and hears my 1 year old crying to get out. Hero opens the door with in minutes. Wife thanks him and goes to pay him. He refuses payment. Hero is a hero.

They installed a key-less lock on my door and have been out to service it (changing the batteries is actually pretty complicated, which is good) and they were able to come right away. My wife had one of those scary experiences of locking her keys in her vehicle with a three year old and a infant buckled in their car seats. Panicked and almost in tears my wife called Bilco's. There quick response had her in the vehicle within about 5 minutes of calling them. Wow! Then to make it even better they declined her offer to pay, not only for the service, but for a spare key and magnetic hide a key box. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS for taking care of my family when I couldn't. That's the best service I have ever received.
