These guys are the best. I brought in a briefcase and asked them to re-key it because I didn't have the key anymore. Instead, they were able to determine which key I would need to replace it. While they didn't have the key in stock, they pointed me in the right direction towards getting it. That's how you know you've got an upstanding business that cares about their customers. Even if they can't help you, they'll find someway to solve your problem. These guys are leagues ahead of Bilco when it comes to customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again.

Tom Cross came out to make a key for my vehicle. He did a very good job. I found a piece of a key that was broken off inside the driver side door and then he made a new key from that. At first the key work in the ignition but then it stopped working. The key for the door has less pins or something then the ignition does. so he came back and a drilled the ignition for me. He did a good job.

I unexpectedly needed to re-key the locks for my house before I went out of town. I was leaving town on Sunday, and I called Orem Lock on the Thursday morning before. They got me on the schedule for Friday, and came and re-keyed the locks quickly and for a good price. I highly recommend Orem Lock.

Needed to program a second car key and I found their ad on Facebook. They quoted me $45 for the whole thing and sure enough I was able to show up, get it cut and programmed in 20 minutes and it cost me $45. Very happy with these guys. Saved me the $200 price tag from the dealer for the same thing.

We needed help when my son got his keys locked in the trunk. His car model is very tricky and has several anti-theft blockers that made it impossible for our roadside assistance to open it. But Orem Locksmith was able to help us get the trunk open and get the keys. They responded very quickly and were professional and very courteous. Will definitely use them again...although I hope we don't need to! :)

I haven't had the chance to use this company's services because it is not responsive. I needed help getting into my car, so I called on Monday (Labor Day). No response and was sent to voicemail. I know it's a holiday, but the company's hours said it was open. I know it's a holiday weekend, but companies need to respond during the hours they say they are open. If you're not open, say so. I called someone else and got my car opened in 20 minutes.

I thought I needed a new $180. FOB key. I had put a new battery in and still didnt work. I went to Orem locksmith and between my 3 Toyota FOBs they took the time to figure out that I had switched them. They put a new battery in the right FOB and it worked, YEA. Very nice happy people. AND they didnt charge ANYTHING!Good going guys.

I went in looking for old locks and doorknobs to donate to a charitable cause that helps victims of domestic abuse. They didn't have any they could spare, but they (Anthony) offered to re-key any locks I found for free (which saved me over $100). I bought them at the ReStore in Orem and he keyed them all for me, and even replaced two that couldn't be re-keyed with locks he had on hand. Excellent and considerate service for a good cause! Will always go back to these guys when I need locksmith service!

My 7 year old decided to try unlocking our car with a stick, and the stick broke off and was wedged inside the lock. We tried for an hour with every tool we could think of to get the stick out with no luck. Before taking it to the dealership where they said they would take the door apart to get it out, I stopped here to see if they could help me, and they were so nice about it and got the stick out in under 3 minutes! I then ordered a replacement key fob for way less than the dealership charged us for our last broken key fob. This place is the best and I will definitely come here again for any key/locksmith needs!

We locked ourselves out of our bedroom yesterday. When trying to find a locksmith, I came across all the horror stories of companies that you call that really aren't who they claim to be or charge you three times as much as they told you over the phone once the work is finally done. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to I'm trying to play the roulette game of finding a reputable company. Nobody wants to get taken advantage of.Well, fortune smiled upon me and I came across this company. They solved my problem for $65. No surprises. What they quoted me over the phone is exactly what they charged me. Great, personable service.I'll even go further. The gentleman who came tried several different ways and tools to pick our lock, but to no avail. He was about to resort to just drilling it (which would have ruined the $50 lock), but then decided to try just a bit more with another tool he hadn't yet tried. Sure enough. It worked. No damage. No extra charges. I was very happy.There is no question this is the company I will call next time I need a locksmith.

These guys are wizards. I have taken multiple key fobs to them for programming with no problems. They were able to make me a copy of a very hard to find key for motorcycle luggage that is no longer made. These guys are my go-to locksmith people.

I called Orem locksmith services a few minutes before closing time. They were friendly and came to my house in the amount of time given over the phone. They unlocked a door (kids had played with and lost the key) and fitted the lock to a different key, in less than an hour, for a very affordable price! I hope I dont need to call a locksmith again, but if I do I will call Orem locksmith services.

So I took my dog with me to get gas, left the keys in the ignition to pump the gas, and of course my dog pushed the lock down on the door and locked me out of my car! I called Orem Locksmith and got Randy. It was after hours so I figured the price would be outrageous, but I had no choice. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was! And to top it off Randy was there within 15 min! He had the door open so fast I couldn't believe it. What great customer service! Randy was fast, efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable. Jake, I believe was his name, was the most responsive when we talked to him on the phone. He was very quick getting to our location and was very friendly. Came in asked for 4 copies of my key. Quickly they made then and then I asked for a remote key and they said they were it of stock for the kind of my car but said I could buy it now and they would call me when it came in. As I was leaving the got came out and said that they actually had one that a customer never came to pick it up so they programed that one really quick and I was off. It's like $3per copy and $75 for a remote key. Super fast and easy

My key broke inside the ignition of my car. The car was still running. I called them five minutes before closing and the employee named Jared told me he would wait for me to get there (it would be a 15 min drive). Jared and his co-workers waited and they were very friendly and nice. Being out of town from Florida, they made me feel very comfortable and greeted me with a nice smile even though they could of closed their store and be home instead of working. They gave me advice about driving in Utah as the winter is approaching. I am very satisfied with their service.The best customer service I ever received in my life. Went in because the key to my car only started the car - didn't actually open the door because we had to have the ignition switch changed out several years back. They took the door lock out of the car right then and there and redid it so my key would actually get me into the car and as well as start the car. Worked quickly while I waited. Thanks so much.

We needed copies of a lock that was not easy to find. They were able to find the correct blank and the new keys areas smooth to use as the original. These guys are professional and very polite. I highly recommend them for any business or personal needs. We have used them a couple times and feel they make an extra effort to make me happy. Purchased a pair of car keys with integrated wireless fobs for my 2003 Volkswagen Beetle. They were able to cut the keys and program their chips and wireless transponders on site. They were very busy, but were able to politely and helpfully address the needs of their customers in order.
