They are always friendly, great prices, always helpful, very convenient location I can visit on the way from Provo to the freeway, and speedy service. Pleasure to do business with them I will continue to do business there as I have done for years.I havent used it yet, but they also have P.O. Boxes.

I've come here several times and always been pleased. The service is always prompt and the prices are more than fair. I've also been impressed with the reasonable pricing on shipping supplies and printing. Would not hesitate to recommend for any shipping need.

Night and Day difference from the UPS Store and not in a good way. The person at the front seemed really confused, when I requested to ship a small package via DHL to Moscow, Russia. She brought the manager/owner to me and he seemed confused and uncertain, as well. After a few minutes looking online and calling their US main office, they handed me a complicated set of written instructions, telling me that I needed to set this up by filling out multiple forms online.I left and phoned the UPS Store on Bulldog Ave. Tanner told me to bring the package over. I brought it over and Tanner wasn't immediately available, so one of the young women in front took my package and the recipient's business address and seemed almost bored, as she quickly entered the information herself, printed out 6-7 different forms, had me sign and date them, she gave me a tracking number and receipt for my payment.... and I left. 10 minutes... max!

Friendly owner and employees. They really know the options for mailing and shipping. Have all sorts of packaging materials at low cost. They keep our frequently used addresses in their system so I don't have to look them up.

I called an employee to find out their hours, and when I realized I would likely not make the drive from Salt Lake to Provo before they closed, the employee told me he would be doing some things and that he could still accept my package for the MTC. I arrived 10 minutes after they had closed, so I greatly appreciated the favor. I didn't expect to be the exception to the rule, but I was very appreciative.

Such Helpful people!! I just walked in with the thing that I needed to ship and a label that I had printed. The man that helped me knew exactly what size of packaging that I needed and that would be the best for what I was shipping, which was good because I didn't have a clue! I hardly ever leave reviews, but the people at post mart are so friendly. I needed to get a key made and he was worried the first one wouldn't work so he made another one at no extra charge, and over all was very customer friendly.
