AVOID THIS COMPANY! -- We lost the key to one of our older cars. We called several companies and got bids. The KeyMe bid was high but they kept calling me back and reducing the price and they said they could come right over so I said yes. The guy was 30 minutes late or so, but that is fine. The first thing he did was tell me that it would be an extra $60 to unlock the car? WTH? I said on the phone that the car was locked. It took him literally 2 minutes to unlock the car. Had I known, I could have unlocked it myself with a hanger before he got there. Then after he was done, he tried to sell me an extra key for $70. Pass. He put on the hard sell telling me it would be difficult to get another key anywhere else. Zero trust left at this point. Finally, I handed over my credit card and he told me it would be an extra 3% for a credit card fee. Ha - of course. This was a masterful performance in bait and switch. -- Sadder but wiser in Utah.

We were locked out Saturday night and we called and set up an appointment to get our car opened. They told us they would be there in 20-25 min. 30min later we called to see where they were and they said that we had canceled our appointment... most confusing conversation Ive ever had.
