I had the most pleasant experience today with Kevin from Va. Shoe and Lock Service. I had to have all the exterior doors to my house re-keyed as well as the boathouse. When he arrived, I handed him a hopeless jumble of keys and said This is what you have to work with. He quietly and efficiently figured out the key puzzle, changed all the locks, and fixed my sagging, dragging front door as well. Kevin was a treasure! A most pleasant man who charged me a fair price for all the work he did and distance he travelled. I will be taking my key business to Rocky Mount rather than Lynchburg in the future!
