The technician on the 1st visit did not arrive with the correct equipment to perform the task. So we rescheduled the appointment. On the second appointment, the technician was on-time, he was very professional. He had all the tools required for the job and was very efficient at the task. He cleaned up after the job was accomplished and tested the door to ensure it worked as required. The technician was a true professional and I would have no problem requesting service from Flying Locksmith again.
