Friendly guy. Saved me money from having tried the dealership making me a me a key for 2 years and I could only use my key fob. I highly recommend the lock doctor and will refer anyone who needs a key made or gets locked out. $60 for a lockout is a fair price for me any day of the week. Thanks much!!!

Nobody likes locking themselves out.... Especially during the busiest time of day. The Lock Doctor, like everyone else I called were busy with at least an hour out. However, Rod was very courteous over the phone and assured me he would make it out within the hour. Within 15 minutes, Rod called to say he was on his way. Within less than ten minutes he arrived and in no time, like a pro, Rod was able to unlock the door. Happy days again! The service charge was very reasonable compared to the others I called. Rod also gave me a goodie bag with all sorts of handy trinkets... pen, led lighted key chain, letter opener and other assorted office items. Thank you!

I could not believe how rude the man was who answered my call. There's no way that I would do business with anyone as disrespectful as this older guy. I'm blown away by the way he talked to me. I'm going with another locksmith that was a bit more cost wise but who treated me like a person. I would definitely take my business somewhere else. Unless you like being talked to like a dog.

If you value professionalism and prompt service than I would stay clear of this company. The representative who serviced my home was extremely rude, disrespectful and disregarded my requests. I asked him specifically to only rekey the front and rear door, but he took the liberty to change my garage door without consent, and of course at my expense. When he was done with the locks he (couldn't believe it) threw the locks upstairs and said, ' there you go'. Horrible service from an individual who should not have a customer facing job. Horrible service!
