Got a key cut for my car a while back. Good price given what some had to charge. When I called he got back to my promptly and he would meet me at the office. Not an obvious place to find but he was there. Did it in a few minutes. Would highly recommend him.

Had to cancel my appointment for getting locks changed, and asked Brent if we could reschedule. He agreed. I tried emailing him at least three times to reschedule, and no response. I also tried to call, but no answer and the voicemail box was full.I ended up going with Anna's Lock & Key, and she was very responsive.

I called because my car would not consistently turn over. It turned out that the fix was fully covered to get my back on the road by AAA, and he even called AAA to open up a service call to make sure that it was fully covered by my AAA membership. I'll gladly recommend them to everyone I know, since they went way above and beyond the level of customer service I was expecting.

I called Brent at Bigfoot after snapping a key off in my front door. As he promised, Brent arrived within 20 minutes. He was able to open the door, extract the key, grind a new key and adjust the lock so it worked infinitely more smoothly. All within minutes for a VERY reasonable sum. Service and know-how like this are supremely hard to find these days. Highly recommended!
