Absolutely amazing service! I lost my key fob. They ordered a new one and programmed it within 24 hours. It was hassle free; they come to your car, so you don't have to worry about towing to a dealership. The cost compared to a dealership was easily about $300 less. I highly recommend this business!

These guys are absolute lifesavers! Someone broke into my car and stole personal items including my house key. Refused to return my programing key. Then wants to charge me for a new key for my vehicle after he wasnt sure if key would actually start my car. Terrible customer service skills. I dont know any business person going to show up at someone residence and don't call them to let them know that they are outside. The technician that came out and help me was outstanding but the senior on the phone was not helpful. You advertise 24hr service but only willing to do certain work at your convenience.

Best experience I've ever had with a locksmith! Kind courteous experienced. I had trailered my car to a different locksmith to have a key cut and programmed a few days before calling this number and they had me waiting 3 hours while they tried to program a key with no chip in it! Not realizing that my car keys fell out of my purse onto the passenger seat, I locked my car without thinking twice. It wasnt until I got inside my house when I realized that my keys had fallen out and were locked inside the car. I called the 24 hour emergency locksmith in Tacoma and at first received a voicemail, just as I was getting ready to leave a message, I received a text message from Johnny asking me if I could use some help. After giving me an amazing quote, he also gave me an estimated time of about an hour for his arrival, which was so much faster than I had anticipated. He showed up and texted me to let me know that he was here. I met him outside and he quickly went to work. Within only a few minutes my car was safely unlocked and I was able to retrieve my keys. He was polite and had a good sense of humor especially since he had to work in the rain. Thank you, for excellent service and doing it with a smile, and for saving this damsel in distress. My experience was nothing short of impeccable and amazing. God Bless!

I had spoke with this guy on a friday he told me to call him on sat and he'd help me. When i did reach out to him on sat he refused to help me and said call back on mon thru fri. When i called him back on monday he didnt want to help me, i think because my job wasn't big and important enough for him. It was about a hundred dollar job. He acted real flakey and almost as if he was to good for my little job. I woukd not recomend this flake to anybody for anything. Bad business dude!

This man is an absolute life saver! My sons dad locked his Lexus key in his trunk at 10:30 at night. We make the mistake of calling a half price lock smith who not only failed to get our keys out of our car, but triggered the alarm system creating a much bigger issue. Thankfully, we came across this wonderful, honest locksmith and he came to our rescue this morning. He worked tirelessly for nearly three hours before exhausting every option, and made us a new key to get into our trunk! And to top it all off, only charged $30 more than the original scam artist the night before. 10/10 will recommend to anyone in need!

These guys did a great job replacing my ignition switch for over $100 less than the mechanic quoted me. The ignition looks great and works great. Four stars only because the tech had to go back to his shop for a part. Always room for improvement but still great work.
