Jim took apart my lock, couldnt figure out how to put it back together, lost a part, quoted 2 days I had to call him the 4th day. His workstation is the mouse pad of his keyboard in an extremely cluttered work shop. Tells me I need to just buy new locks and bring him the desk because he isnt able to make me keys. Quoted me $40 big local professional shop by my house fixed his mess for $15

Fastest service ever! My son and I had run to Costco for a few things. It happened to be one of the hot sunny days we've had recently and we purchased multiple items including dairy products. When we reached our truck in the hot sun I noticed my keys were on the front seat!!!I couldn't believe it. I call my husband (who was out of town) and explained what happened. We decide I would call around and eat the cost, which we could really not afford. Jim's Lock and Key happened to be the first place I called (searched on Google maps) and he was there in what felt like 5 minutes (per him, it was 12). I was quoted a price over the phone based on model. Even with extra services, he charged me what he quoted and was courteous, clean, polite, and did I mention, FAST!!! Highly recommend him.
