I took a key in for replicating that works great in our shop exterior door. Made 3 new ones. Brought them home and tried them out. Each would go into the lock but none would turn. I replied to the request from KeyMe how my experience was. Told them what had happened. Was fully refunded for my costs. Thank you.

The keys I had duplicated worked perfectly. The person who used the machine before me had keys that didn't work at all as the key cuts didn't match the original. The process is slow but to this point, I've not had an issue with the duplicate keys.
