My daughter and grandchildren had just moved into a new place in Homewood during a very stressful life event, so emotions were high and everyone was stressed and confused. Within a day of moving in, the 2 year old accidentally locked herself in the bedroom. I received the frantic phone call from my daughter and could hear the kids crying in the background. I knew Harbison Lock & Key was very near their house, nearby so I called and told Aaron the problem. He IMMEDIATELY got in the truck and was at the house within 5 minutes, rescuing the 2 year old locked in a strange bedroom, and reassuring the 4 year old (and 30 year old) that everything is OK and that it happens all the time :). I think Aaron could feel the stress surrounding my little family at that time and he gave us the deepest discount ever! This happened over a year ago, and I continue to be grateful for Aaron's compassion to our situation and the quick service! Thank you, Aaron!

These people succeeded where multiple others FAILED. New to me truck with Leer tonneau cover; only had one key. I took it to dealer and they provided unworkable keys twice. The kindly gave me a whole new locking mechanism but it was missing parts and unworkable. Minute keythree failed keys. Harrisons cut me 3 copies of original key in 5 minutes for $13. These guys rock!

I have a keyed code lock, that the key had been lost to, and no one could get working for me.I took the lock to Harbison Lock and Key, they could have easily taken my lock called me back late and told me that all this extensive labor had to be done,.........But they did not do that instead they looked in the back found the bitting code keyed it in a minute and a half and I was done! Mark is wonderful kind and I appreciate the honesty! Everyone was super nice and considerate of my time!

After waiting almost two weeks for a call from Hoover Lock & Key, who did nothing but store the lock I needed a key for, Aaron at Harbison had it ready in less than 5 minutes! Have come in the store over the years and have been somewhat pleased with them. However, when I wanted to get my house rekeyed with high security locks I found the price to be quite a bit more than I thought it should be which prompted me to get an additional quote. Had their quote been maybe $200 less than what it was, I might not have questioned it but it just didn't feel right. I got another quote for exact same locks for about half of what Harbison quoted.

Great service! The technician figured out and fixed problems quickly, threw in some extra keys for free, and made 100% sure I could manipulate locks before he left. Price wasn't exorbitant.

If you want to lock it, they can LOCK IT, if you want to unlock it, they can UNLOCK IT, need a key for a lock, they make the key, if they cant make the key, (you dont need a key) they can MAKE THE LOCK to fit your key. I have not found any challenges they dont figure out, if not within 5 minutes, they'll give a call when they do (very rare for one of them to not know how or what is needed for any project)
