The technician that came in to help us was very professional and well mannered. He came in to help us get a key extracted from the keyhole,even though the apartment manager was being very hostile towards him he kept his cool and did his job. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith in an event of an emergency. He gets the job done very fast! Thank you so much for all you did today and I apologize for the trouble we put you through today, you didn't have to deal with that but you did anyway and I am very thankful for everything you did today.

We were locked out of our apartment and the landlord was nowhere to be found. (Faulty door knob) Ricardo was on time & very efficient, given that it was about midnight on a Friday night. Very professional and got us in quickly. Thankful for him because there were fireworks and my poor pup and I were stuck outside in our car.

Luis came out and serviced my apartments unit , lost my key had been locked out for about 1 1/2 hrs and my phone was on 15% while making the call. He came out and opened my door for me even though I felt Id be locked out forever. . I have to rate 5 since I cant put over 5 stars. He was Very professional, he arrived in a timely fashion was very prompt & most of all he provided exceptional customer service !

NELA knows LOCKS and DOOR HANDLES!!! I bought all new locks for the 5 exterior doors in my house. I needed all my locks and interior and exterior door handles changed out and wanted only one key . NELA not only worked with the new lock and door handle manufacturer but also understood the inter-workings of the different manufacturers locks and cylinders. Not only was he able to keep my original key but...of course all new locks now work with it. He saved me MONEY, time and the hassle of carrying 3 additional keys. THANKS NELA!!!!!!

I am a law clerk, and I was locked out of my office which had very important documents. I was tripping balls because I had locked down my office really tightly and the security was super intense. I didnt think I would be able to get in after losing my keys. It was of great importance to retrieve my important documents in a timely manner . I called Luis from NELA Locksmith who arrived in a timely fashion and was able to not only get me into my office but also re key all my locks and get me a new key. I was locked out of my building and my building manager would not answer the phone ! I didn't know what to do so I called NELA Locksmith. I had never dealt with being locked out before so I didn't know what to do. My friend recommended NELA Locksmith so I called and these guys sent someone to my house right away! The service was good it came in 20min and it got it open in 15 min. It's a high security lock so it took him a longer. It was 120 for one lock kinda pricey but received a 15off for doing this review.

Im a pizza delivery driver for garage pizza and during one of my deliveries I got locked out of the car! I was freaking out and I needed someone local to get me In the car ASAP because it was really busy . Im so glad I called NELA locksmith because Louie told me he was only 10minutes away . Louie was asleep but he still came out to help me and he didnt charge me too much. My car is a flex ford 2013 and it was really hard to open but NELA locksmith gave me a good deal.
