If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. I called these guys at like 9:45pm and they were at my car in within 45 min, in a dark, dirt field near a baseball field...and they were 25 minutes away from my location! I can't believe how quickly he arrived. Chris showed up, broke out a specialized tool, and within five minutes had the door to my car unlocked. No slimjims or some other medieval contraption that tears up your door and window seals. Legitimately unlocked my car from the key hole. Price was spot on. Took payment right there at the car and was on his way within 15 minutes. If Chris is your guy, give him a good tip. The guy deserves it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or more professional job. Thank you. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Great experience! I had purchased keys online for 2 Toyotas, 1 expensive OEM key and 1 less expensive. The owner did the OEM key in less than 5 minutes, but had a hard time with the cheaper key. It took him multiple attempts and he used some quick problem-solving skills, but he got both cars figured out. Now we have a spare key for each car. Price was way cheaper than the dealership.

Worst experience ever! Was told it would be about $35 to unlock my friends car and $15 to drive over. We waited for over an hour and finally when they did come they pulled in front of us fast in a van, didnt say a word before they started to unlock the car. As he was doing it, he said it would be almost $200. I brought up what I was told on the phone and he said that was the service fee that was included . We called him later to thank him and asked his company name, he said that NFELS works with many companies. We asked which one helped us today. He gave us some name and it didnt exist. EXTREMELY SKETCHY AND SCARY!
