These 'guys' are the best. I've worked with both the grimes bridge Location and the Jimmy Carter Location! We just had ordered a new 'special' order handle set though them -- arrived in 2 business days, great price and they keyed the locks for us as well. The Unlockit shop in Roswell easily and successfully duplicated my key in two minutes, afer I had spent three days driving all over nothern Atlanta after work, trying unsuccessfully to get it duplicated elsewhere. They were very polite, helpful and their prices are very reasonable. And their shop is open on Saturdays! Unlike most locksmiths.The full story: I needed to duplicate an older type( thicker metal stock) house key. After work, I went to Lowes and Home Depot; their computerized systems couldn't duplicate the key although they did try. One of the guys at Home Depot then recommended I try Cobb Hardware in Marietta, which has the older-fashioned key duplicators. I brought the key and took one of the locks from my door so we could test the duplicate keys without my having to drive home and back again. An older gentleman there struggled for about 45 minutes with the old-fashioned key duplicator, burning through five key blanks... and finally exclaimed' Well, I'll be! Never had a problem duplicating a key on this machine before!' So then I googled locksmiths that were open on the weekend, found Unlockit in Roswell, and my quest was over.

Like any adult in a rush to work, I locked myself out of my home. I searched online for an immediate locksmith service, but wasn't able to get someone, until I called Unlockit. The lady on the phone was so personable and understanding. She was able to give me a flat rate price and exact ETA with no hesitation. The technician was able to unlock my door quickly, without any damage to my lock or door and recommend a more secure set up. I would definitely recommend Unlockit and use them again!

After a less than impressive experience from another lock repair company, I called Unlockit to re-key my front door. The technician not only re-keyed the lock, but also repaired the latching mechanism. What impressed me most was his tenacity in resolving the issue and then honoring the original price despite two trips for additional parts. I would absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend them to others! Now I know why they have such great reviews on Yelp!BTW - The other lock company low-balled the price on the telephone telling me it would cost $15-25 and then slapped me with a bill for $99 after not fully solving the problem.

The folks at this locksmith are genuinely kind people. They did not have the tool needed to cut a lock but the nice gentlemen told us it would take about 30 mins to go to the other location to get the tool so we waited. When he returned he took care of the lock and didn't charge us since we had to wait and due to the fact it was a chest that belong to our recently deceased mother. Wonderful company and very helpful in a last minute effort to get our door lock replaced for our neighbor swimming pool. Super friendly and Extremely pleasant to work with. Great find!!!! These guys go far above the average locksmith bz. They can make magic happen. Lost a hard to find lockbox key and they created a new one from the tumbler....Yay!! They have helped me with many ' hard to find keys' for outdated old antique locks. Love these guys. Interestingly, they are known to work more magic at making car keys but I haven't had to use that service.

I reached out to three other locksmiths for pricing and timing for reset of 6 all of our doors including deadbolts. I was disappointed with the first three companies located in Sandy Springs and Dunwoody but was fortunate to find Unlockit. Unlockit did an AMAZING job for us replacing antique locks in our home. We had other companies come out and give us bids, but no one was willing to tackle the challenge of helping us find exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Because we were replacing original locks from the 1940s, finding the right fit was a huge challenge. We had just moved into our new facility for Chamberlain's Chocolate Factory and Cafe and we wanted to change out the construction locks. I didn't know that we would need a real locksmith to change out the keys and Unlock-it stayed a little late so I could get this done. They really were super nice when I arrived and Hadi made sure my keys worked smoothly and even helped me by getting me a screw that had been stripped out by a previous locksmith that I could not find. He fixed me up with a special guard for the lock cylinder to make my door more secure. These people are the best with their friendly staff and service. Unlock It Locksmith & Security remains to be the beacon upon which I set my sights in the darkest of nights. In my weakest moment -- a broken YES I said broken IN HALF key, of which I owned only one -- I was potentially up the you-know-what creek without paddles. After several unlucky attempts with other locksmiths for them to recreate my key, I found Unlock It. (or perhaps they found me.... no one will ever truly know.) I apprehensively open the door to their Roswell location, only to be greeted by a smile and a cold, refreshing bath of air conditioning. Instead of negative comments or feeling like I was 'putting them out' for having to provide their expertise like SOME locksmiths I experienced... they immediately began to work out my problem. A like magical wizards or unicorn trainers, within minutes they produced two new keys for me, which work perfectly. Ashley Hamilton, the said wizard, was so welcoming and warm, and far exceeded any ideas of customer service I have ever experienced. I am but a traveler to GA and may never have the opportunity to get locked out in Roswell again, but if I do, Unlock It will be my first, and only, call. If it was legal, I'd marry that company. I bought one of those Smartlocks deadbolts from a big-name hardware store, thinking this would be a quick fix and save money. I followed the instruction and even watched a YouTube video. The Smartlock still locked up on me with my new key. I walked in to Unlockit, with my so call new deadbolt and key and they fixed everything in just a few hours. I can not believe what great customer service they have and a price I could not beat, after looking around. I have used Unlokit once before and never thought, I would need a locksmith again.
