Not our finest moment, but got locked out of our apartment late at night during the holiday weekend. Luckily my wife and I had our phones with us and called RON locksmith as they had good reviews online. Eran came within a half hour and quickly got us back inside. Really appreciate the timely help given the tough spot we were in. Would 100% recommend to others and will reach out to again if needed.

I left my keys in my apartment on Christmas Eve and Eran was at my place in under 45 minutes! Dispatcher was also super kind. Eran got the door open in what seemed like a minute and no damage at all. He was prompt, he was professional, and he helped me get back into my home quickly! I do recommend R.O.N for emergency needs. They weren't cheap, but it was a lockout emergency after hours... anyway, I'm home thanks to R.O.N.

I need a new key and it would cost me around 350 to $400. I called Ron locksmith and left a message. They returned my call in about 30 minutes. We set up a time on Saturday for them to come over and look at my van. He was at my house on time. I explained in detail the problem that I needed the key to be programmed to the van. He fixed the problem in no more than 20 minutes. I now have two working keys for my van. Well under the cost of a new key. Thanks Earn.

I was very impressed how fast and efficient this company is. They were super responsive, friendly and efficient. I had been having bad luck with my car since Christmas Eve and my bad luck struck again on New Year's Eve when I locked my car keys and cell phone in my running car for almost 2 hours. I really thought I was going to delay my co-workers from leaving work after their shift since I was blocking them in. Thankfully the locksmith came through for me super quick and opened my car within a few minutes. I have nothing but good things to say abput them. I highly recommend their services.

Ask for quote over the phone. $165 for 5 minutes work, but it's all our fault for locking the one garage door without a key. Courteous service. My only suggestion would be to pad the ETA (20-30 minutes was closer to 60).

We have been using R. O. N. Locksmith for several years now and can't say enough good things about the service Eran has provided. We are a non-profit music school in an old building. Combine old building with lots of kid/family traffic and it can be a real problem for doors, latches and locks. Eran has repaired/replaced locks and hinges many times and always explains the alternatives clearly. Budget is always a concern for us and he understands that. Responsive, professional, and so helpful! Repairs hold up really well under our heavy use. Eran is my go-to for any lock/door issue; totally reliable and highly recommended.

Fantastic service. I lost my key and was having issues getting my car towed to the dealership. The tow truck driver suggested I try a locksmith. I called R.O.N. Locksmith to get an estimate. The operator said they'd call back with it. Minutes later, Eran, the locksmith was on the phone. He was in the neighborhood and would be able to give me an estimate AND have my key made if I'd like. The estimate was less than the dealership AND he took less than a half hour to program my key for me! Full service and lightning fast! In what was not one of my finer moments, I locked my house keys in my garage as I was returning home from running errands. Feeling more than a bit foolish, I furiously googled 'emergency locksmiths' and stumbled across these guys, who seemed well reviewed. I was told someone would be here in 20 to 30 minutes. To my surprise and elation, Eran arrived in 30 minutes flat and had me into my house a few short minutes later. Hope you don't need that sort of service. But if you do, I highly recommend this business!!

I feel robbed! We locked our keys in our car and it cost $175 to unlock it! After getting back to the hotel we found way cheaper prices for locksmiths in Chicago but couldn't shop around at the time because our phones were locked in the car. Ridiculous.

This was the first time I ever used the locksmith services but it was a good experience overall. I wouldn't trust their online messaging service as I never heard back. But I was able to schedule a service 2 hours in advance when I called (pretty cool)! The guy on the phone was nice and helpful but was trying to get rid of me fast. :)Eran arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly. He was able to install a chain lock, make two key replacements and replace a peephole - all within one hour! He also advised best solutions for me without trying to sell something I don't need. All looks and works great. Thanks a lot for your help! Will definitely use this company's services in the future.
